Shoes didn't fit as expected
Shoes didn't fit as expected, kind of a hassle. Then I was charged another $15.for a replacement. I won't buy again. Sure being as honest as I can. Thanks Diane

I ordered BOGO for my vacation and…
I ordered BOGO for my vacation and unfortunately they did not come in time. when I returned home the size was too big so I had to get a smaller pair. customer service was very good. otherwise I would have given more stars.

I was requesting for a return and…
I was requesting for a return and exchange of size. It took them awhile to update with the process.If i didn't follow up and thought of disputing the payment then immediately received a resolution from them.

Finding my size (men’s 12.5) in most of…
Finding my size (men’s 12.5) in most of your models is non existent. Apparently men don’t need support while standing all day on concrete. I finally found a model that was near my size (13). I will given a try to see how they stand up to other brands.
