Do not buy anything from this company
Do not buy anything from this company! Their shoes are way too big and they will not refund you! They wanted me to pay 14.95 to ship another pair and then you cannot reach a customer service rep On the phone to discuss this. You have to email them only, which they did respond that way, but told me their company is going broke and cannot refund me, even though their website says that they give full refunds if you're not satisfied. I asked them about their false advertisement and they went silent, they quit responding to me.

I like I got an answser about where my…
I like I got an answer about where my Sneekas are now? Also I like the Support, and Right 3 Colors ! I saw the Email and it looked like I ordered 3 Black and White when I ordered Black and White, Navy and Pink, and all Pink! Susan responded and said that I an getting my 3 different Colors! I appreciate that I will getting 10% off next order for maybe more Colors ,2 more of Sneekas! Maybe higher discount , for more than 1 Sneekas , and hope they all fit! I don't know if there is a Last Date to order? I would have liked to Speak on the Phone because it would be easier because of my Peripheral Neuropathy in my Hands, from old Chemotherapy , Medication of Taxol, 19 Years ago, and my Rt Trigger Finger Stiff Finger Syndrome in Rt Finger! Also I have Arthritis in my Hands and difficult to Type! I worry that I won't get my Sneekas for my Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Fundraiser Walk on Saturday, October 24,2026, early at 8AM! Great for long shifts stranding up
Bought these for my mom since she has to be standing up a lot. So far she has tried them and has been loving them and feet to feel as tired as they would .

My experience on the Orthora footwear…
My experience on the Orthora footwear website was fine. I read the reviews which was helpful and check-out was pretty simple. Can hardly wait to try on my new shoes. I’m hoping that these shoes will help with my lower back pain like advertised.

Very cheaply made—disappointed in the…
Very cheaply made—disappointed in the quality I purchased these shoes directly from Orthora’s website because I have plantar fasciitis and bunions and was looking for supportive footwear. In my opinion, they feel very cheaply made. I took them to my physical therapist for his opinion. He compared their quality to “Dollar Tree shoes” and said they lacked the features he would look for in supportive orthopedic footwear. The quality fell far below my expectations. I regret this purchase and would not recommend them based on my experience.
