What a hassle
Ordered my usual size, and the sneakers were comfortable but way too big that it fit like a slipper. Customer service was a hassle to deal with, making it hard to return and they kept coming up with excuses and offering coupon vouchers instead for another item. I'm now left with two sneakers that do not fit and no refunds. I'm not happy with this store and do not recommend purchasing from here.

The process was a nightmare
The process was a nightmare. Firstly the shoes took a long time to get to me. Once they did found the shoes to be really flimsy and had no support for my feet. Once I put them on felt instant pain in my feet. Took them off and reached out for a refund. Was written to by email from founder with offers to get another pair at 50% then some type of credit. Which for me eas not a option as the shoes hurt my feet. The. Was written back again told if I wanted a refund I send shoes to China and expected to pay up to $80 just ship the shoes. I mean this was ridiculous. Then after I wrote told them I was escalating to my bank they finally gave me a refund. All in all my experience was ok at best will not be recommending these shoes.

Need to work on how they fix mistakes.
Ordering and finding my shoes was not an issue. However the shipping took more than a week longer than it said it would, they couldn't give me tracking information when I requested it so i thought they were lost, and I got two pairs that were supposed to be the same size but were not. Both pairs said they were women's 9 on the inner tag but one was way larger than the other pair. It measured out to be a size 12 not women's 9. When I requested a refund I was given a sob story about how their poor company cant afford the refund and all they could give me was some vouchers to buy more. But when the trust is gone I no longer want to buy more. The next solution was to have me pay shipping to get a new pair sent to replace the size 12 pair that I cannot wear but that I must pay the shipping. So I waited forever for shoes that were defective in their sizing, and then had to pay more to get them to fix the mistake. Not a great experience.

Poor Customer Service
It took over a month to receive the shoes. Once I received the shoes, the shoes look like they have already been worn, and the lettering is worn off in the right shoe. There are NOT quality shoes as advertised. They NOT comfortable at all. They do not fit properly. I tried to get a refund, the company did not hand this properly from the beginning. I requested a return back in September. They offered a free replacement and 10% refund. They will not refund my shoes. They offer a new pair at 50% off. Why would I but from them again when they didn't make it correct the first time.

I was disappointed that wasnt able to…
I was disappointed that wasnt able to use the buy one get 1 promo. I emailed customer service they said they couldn't help. I also attempted to use a promo code for a discount and it wasnt applied.

Don’t waste your time. Sizes are not accurate and returns are not what they advertise.
Finally received my shoes. Took forever. Whatever time you think you will receive your purchase…..triple it. The size is too small and I cannot even wear them. I even ordered a 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size and nope doesn’t fit and it’s too narrow. After reading about all the runaround with customer service on returns, I’m not going to bother. They don’t offer the full return price even though the website claims to offer a full refund. Hopefully one of my kids can use them.

Ordered the shoes in 8 1/2 needed 8, they were helpful until they said I could get 25% back from the price and keep the shoes or get them replaced and keep the ones I had. I requested them to be replaced. HAVEN'T HEARD FROM TĤEM SINCE!you may get the shoe which aren't that good.but dont ask for a different size . SCAM 3d

Don’t waste your money
I ordered these shoes during a promotional sale, but unfortunately, both shoes were too large for my actual size. I contacted customer service, who kindly listened to my complaint and requested my foot measurements, along with pictures of me and my husband wearing the shoes and using a tape measure. They informed me that I needed to confirm the size they sent me based on the measurements I provided. After a few days and weeks, the replacement shoes arrived, but this time they were too small. Given these experiences with the shoes and the company, I don’t think I’ll ever order any of their products again. The quality of the materials used seems to be poor, and the sizes are not accurate as advertised.
