Ordered a table Months ago,took my money the same day never received my Table.do not use this company bad service and customer service

Sure wish I had read these reviews before I ordered my stuff. Ordered on 3/9 and never received. They won’t respond to emails or answer the phone. I’ve filled a dispute through my credit card company.

This company is a SCAM! Ordered a dining table 6 months ago, I have now sent 10 emails and 20 phone calls and no response. I dont know how they are even allowed to operate as a legit business, DO NOT BUY HERE!

This company is basically fraudulent. Do not order from here. I placed an order in April that I’ve heard nothing about. I’ve tried to call them and email them for months with no response. Finally today I’m disputing the charge with my credit card company and moving on.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I ordered a sideboard about 3 months ago that was to be delivered in 8 to 10 weeks. They charged my credit card immediately for the item. To this date, no sideboard and no communication from OROA. I tried calling, emailing and literally begging for them to respond with no results. I tried reaching them through their partner Wayfair with no results. All the while I still get promo emails to purchase goods through their company and see that their website is still going strong. I have disputed the charges they made to my credit card with my credit card company and can only hope to get my money back. I hope anyone who orders from them can see this and other reviews before ordering anything from them. Update: I am so grateful that I was able to get my money back through a credit card dispute. I cannot believe any positive review about this company after the horrible experience I had and reading the other negative reviews.

Please do not ever buy anything from OROA.com. I purchased a cocktail table and paid for it in full in January and it was back ordered and promised to be delivered within 10 to 12 weeks. As of July, there was no update of item delivery and when I inquired about a refund, they canceled my order but refused to issue me a refund on my credit card. I have made numerous phone calls, which always go to voicemail no matter what option I pick. I have sent numerous emails to their Support customer service and information emails and they’ve pretty much ghosted me. I will now have to try to dispute this charge with my credit card and hope that I can get my money back. This is a very deceptive business that is defrauding their customers by promising designer furniture and keep your money and won’t get your money back without delivering the purchases item. Bad bad bad business that I will report to legal entities

After placing an order online, I’ve encountered numerous delays (literally months!!!!). Finally after hearing back from a customer service representative, I was informed that I would be receiving my clock this month. To date there has been no response from the 5 phone calls (goes directly to “leave a message we will get right back to you”, which they don’t) I’ve made, nor have they responded to the 5 emails I’ve sent! Zero communication 😡! I have no idea what’s going on with my order since I haven’t been able to actually speak to a representative. Never again will I order from this company. Totally unacceptable service. I have no idea if they just took my money and will not give me my product (clock) or if I’ll have to wait another 5 months to receive it. DO NOT BUY FROM OROA!!!!

I placed my order on March 30 2026, and it was originally scheduled to ship by the end of May 2026. On June 5, 2026, I was informed that shipping had been delayed due to port issues. While the delay was disappointing, I appreciated the update and understood that circumstances outside the company's control can arise. Unfortunately, that was the last communication I received. Since June 5, I have sent 10 follow-up emails to the customer service address listed on their website and have called numerous times. I have retained every email and can fully document my attempts to obtain a simple status update. Despite these repeated efforts, I have not received a single response. I also reached out through Instagram via direct message, but that also went unanswered. At this point, the complete lack of communication has been incredibly frustrating and has left me questioning whether this company is legitimate. Delays can happen, but ignoring customers for weeks despite repeated attempts to make contact is unacceptable. I am left with no clear path forward and no confidence that my order will ever arrive. This has been an extremely disappointing experience, and based on the lack of customer service alone, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company.
