i placed an order for chairs in April of 2026. Never received the product and they failed to respond to repeated requests for status. I finally had to work with the credit card company to get my money back. This company clearly can not be trusted.

Seems like a scam. I ordered furniture 6mo ago and the company never delivered it. Their customer support phone number and email is non-responsive and they won’t refund me or provide order updates. Recommend avoiding this company.

I recently moved into a new apartament and OROA made decorating it so much easier. Found some favorite pieces for my living room, that made it feel like home. Ordering was easy and everything arrived pretty quickly. Thank you for all the help!

I ordered a blanket ladder mack in March of this year, and never received it. Multiple emails and phone calls - this company is a scam. No one answers calls - I've tried so many times...no one answers emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Just received my dining table, absolutely amazed! Chairs are good quality too.

I made a purchase online March 3rd of 2026, was informed the item was on back order. After no communication for 3 months I called and spoke with someone in June of 2026. I was informed my purchase was on a shipping container and should expect delivery by July of 2026. July came and went, I followed up with 2 phone calls and an email in early August ( zero response to all 3 attempts) I then proceeded to send another email in early September, and mid September, along with 4 voice messages. As of the writing of this review I still have not heard back from Oroa. A dispute has be filed with my credit card company. I will never purchase anything from them ever again.

If I could give less than one star for Oroa.com I would. Avoid any order that is associated with this website. I have not received my product after many months and cannot get any response from their customer service.

Delivery was promised for February 2026. What happened: nothing shipped in February. In March OROA said the container was in customs and confirmed in writing that all eight chairs were in it. In April, "released this week." In May, "getting ready to ship." In early June, six of the eight chairs arrived — five of them damaged. The two violet chairs ($4,432.50) have never been delivered. The stools were the wrong item; OROA acknowledged in writing on March 25 and 26 that a $600 refund was owed and never paid it. On June 8 they said they'd file a damage claim. On June 9 they gave us a phone number. That was the last time anyone at OROA responded to anything. Since then: two voicemails June 23, emails June 23 and July 7, voicemails July 14 and 18, a website contact form in August. No reply to any of it. Then I pulled the Florida state records. The legal entity behind the Miami gallery, Eichholtz Miami by OROA, LLC, filed Articles of Dissolution on February 4, 2026 — four months after taking my money, before shipping a single chair, and without notifying me. They kept emailing us about the order for four more months as if nothing had happened. Other reviews here describe the same pattern: full payment, partial delivery, months of "on its way," then silence. I've filed with American Express and the Florida Attorney General and I'm retaining counsel. If you're considering a large order, know that this company has already dissolved the entity you'd be contracting with. ---
