This company is terrible. The shipping is terrible! I waited forever for them to ship this to me and still have not received. The tracking info. Isn’t accurate at all. Don’t waste your time ordering this pillow from this company.

I purchased this pillow on an impulse after waking up with neck pain that had been chronically bothering me for over a year. I saw the ad and thought "I'll try anything" It took a couple of weeks to get the product and in that time I started to get skeptical. Pillow finally arrived and to my suprise, I have actually seen a very noticable difference! It did't make all the pain go away, but significantly reduced the intensity. I'll admit, If you are a side sleeper, it is kind of awkward (the place for the arm thing doesn't seem very functional) but honestly it insentivices you to sleep on your back, which I think is a good thing.

Sleeping very well on the new pillow! Such an odd shape, and the foam is not as soft as regular pillows obviously. But it’s super ‘efficient’. My neck is not as tense in the morning and I toss and turn less at night.

Worst ever!!!! Left with no Christmas gift for family member. Emailed at least 8 times trying to get an update . Send a pre written letter that they are busy and understand my frustration. Never resolved filing a claim of fraud .. I am surprised they are even on business . Terrible !!!

I have had severe neck pain for years, going for massage and chiropractic care. Waking up with terrible pain every pain. Within a week of using most of my pain is gone, I wish I knew of this pillow years ago. Highly recommend

I could not move my neck after one night of sleeping on this pillow. I thought perhaps I needed more time to adjust. After the second night and waking with extreme stiffness, I recognized that this was not the product for me. The product is advertised as the buyer being able to try risk-free, but this is NOT the case. They make it difficult to return, as their only warehouse is located in China. They take $20 in return fees, even after the buyer pays for the return shipping. I do NOT recommend this product.

I really like the pillow but what I hate is BS false marketing! The 'FREE $16 TRAVEL BAG' IS CHEAP CRAP. it went straight into the bin. I thought I was actually getting a free gift not a shitty 50c bag! I also hate that when you buy something you get a pop up box saying buy again to get the same item EVEN CHEAPER! well of course I bought all the items for needed in my first purchase. If you could offer it that much cheaper then WHY DID I PAY MORE???

How can you sell consumers products without an option to return for a refund? I bought two pillows—once I opened the package I knew they weren’t for us. Went to return and it’s become a negotiation. They’ve offered 30% then 40% and now 50% for me to keep them instead of return? No. I spent $111 and I want my money back. Will I really need to take this further? BBB or Amex dispute?
