Waste of Money
Waste of Money! After seeing so many advertisements and only positive reviews on their website, I took the plunge on a $70 pillow given they advertise "Try Risk Free" you should know that you have a very short window to try it and decide it doesn't work for you. You miss that window and you're out of luck. Turns out, the only reason you see nothing but positive reviews on their website is because you can't actually contribute a review there and it's pretty clear why. The truth would come out and they'd have a dip in sales. As for the premium pillow, I'll say this: It's about half as tall as the pictures make it appear. Regardless, I gave it a fair shot. I thought maybe I just needed to get used to the different shape of the pillow. Did it help my neck pain? I'd say it did but only marginally. This pillow is clearly designed for folks who don't move an inch in their sleep. If you are a side sleeper or need to turn over at any point in the night, you should expect to have to completely reposition yourself as there is a single point on this pillow in which you can be comfortable which is not conducive to those of use that roll over from time to time. TL;DR: It's not worth the money and it's huge pain to try to leverage their "try risk free" claim.
