Incompetent customer service maybe AI
Actually I like the release tool but customer service is completely ineffective. When I purchased the tool, the website prompted a pop-up for a 10-step ebook. I added the ebook to my cart for $6 CAD. I received the tool on the mail but never received a link for the ebook. I emailed back and forth with the Ornatera support team for over a month and they still could not provide the ebook. I asked for a refund on the ebook and they agreed but also never did that. Sometimes I would receive the same email reply from them and I think their customer service must be AI. So maddening.

Ordered in Nov of 2025 , have yet to receive product, email replies say it’s out for delivery for 6 months now!?! Refuse to refund for product, just say to wait for delivery, do not order from this company! They are shitty and I would give negative stars if I could

Do not buy
Do not buy. Low quality product and they have been totally ignoring my requests for a return refund. Scam business. As an alternative, I have a Tri-Aid device and it is excellent.

THIS IS A SCAM! The delivery company said they couldn’t deliver to my address, which is untrue because we get deliveries all the time. So they sent the pillow back, I never received it. And now the company won’t refund me and won’t read my emails to them that I never received the pillow. Don’t buy!!!!

DO NOT BUY - cheap and cannot return
Horrible company and awful, cheap pillows. DO NOT BUY. They advertise that return shipping may be "as much as $20" but that is A LIE and a basic search on USPS would provide honest information. Returning ONE pillow will cost as much as $50 if you are able to squeeze it into the tiny size restrictions set by USPS. They are ALL bots answering emails offering up to a 50% refund because they know they are deceitful and cheap.
