Took just under a month to receive the pillow. I believe it ships from China, so it's understandable that it will take some time to arrive (this was before shipments from China were delayed due to political actions in the US). Oddly, the tracking showed that the delay happened after it was already in the US. While Customer Service didn't actually provide me with any answers, they were very quick and responsive to my inquiry. It arrived hard as a rock, as tightly compressed as it possibly could be. I almost had to break the "travel bag" in order to get it out. There is absolutely no way it will fit back into the "travel bag," so that is effectively a useless "free gift." But the pillow itself opened up and flattened out nicely. I used it for the first time last night and I am really happy with it so far. I am a side sleeper with occasional stints on my back. Both positions are quite comfortable. My neck feels properly supported in both positions. Zero neck discomfort this morning, whereas I usually crack my neck and sound like a little kid playing with bubble wrap.

The pillows are awesome, the wait to receive them and lack of timely updates was not so great.

The pillow arrived in great packaging. I let it out of the bag for 24 hrs. My neck feels great and have seen difference on L3 and L4.

I have just used it for two days now and find a difference in my neck pain. Hoping for better long term results.

Sleeping very well on the new pillow! Such an odd shape, and the foam is not as soft as regular pillows obviously. But it’s super ‘efficient’. My neck is not as tense in the morning and I toss and turn less at night.

I really like the pillow but what I hate is BS false marketing! The 'FREE $16 TRAVEL BAG' IS CHEAP CRAP. it went straight into the bin. I thought I was actually getting a free gift not a shitty 50c bag! I also hate that when you buy something you get a pop up box saying buy again to get the same item EVEN CHEAPER! well of course I bought all the items for needed in my first purchase. If you could offer it that much cheaper then WHY DID I PAY MORE???

Ordering and delivery went well. I wish the pillow was firmer or that there were options for a pillow with form firmness. The design is great.

I use in more between my legs than under my head so I am not using it as I intended to. It doesn’t seem as full as it appeared online. I think it would like it more if it was.
