My last custom pc was from Origin and I had a great experience before so you know I had to order from them again the second time around. The customization was streamlined and easy to follow and the service/support you get is the best. Flex was also super helpful and updated me about my order through every process/step, which I appreciated a ton ❤️

I was looking for a new set up to play Flight Simulator and Train Simulator Classic using the highest graphics and frame rate. I spoke with Oliver before placing my order and he answered all of my questions. A big plus to me is the company being located in the USA and I'm a senior with hearing issues so speaking English with no accent is a must. This company came recommended from someone I know and trust that went to college and has worked in IT Departments and is a serious gamer. I'm looking forward to receiving my new computer will write another review when I have tried it out.

Hello i have been having trouble with the product down below, i talked to the people who installed for me and they don't quite know whats happing. So i have reached out to corsair for some assistance, and within 24 hours i have recived some help and have gotten some updated information that is new to me so i will do what they have suggested, so they can hopefully diagnose the problem. I can say with 100% i can highly recommend Corsair but this is my opinion only thank you again. Best Regards, Mark

I appreciate the fast response times between emails and the assistance that was given by Lex. I would of made it 5 stars but I am old school and would of loved to spoke with a person directly over the phone. Everything else was Great!!!

The customer support person (Lex) has been extremely helpful and patient despite my frustration with a continued malfunctioning computer since purchasing with Origin PC. We have followed every step exactly as instructed without resolution. Even sent the computer in just to be told there was nothing wrong and then it was malfunctioning again when we got it back....so customer service great. Origin computers 50/50 so far. Purchased the computer 3/2023 and been having issues with it since. Update: No one from Origin has reached out other the Lex. Most of the repairs for the system were done by myself as instructed. As a side note, I was told that since my computer was out of the warranty period now so other than tech support there's nothing they can do. Despite the computer having issues as indicated above since purchasing it.
