About one of their computers for gaming and video editing. It looks really cool it's high end and it's very fast. I had an issue with the power outlet in my home, and they helped me diagnose the issue and gave me a simple fix for it. My experience with them has been excellent and I appreciate that I'm working with me and helping me get started on my new PC journey.

I've assembled my own computers for decades and never even considered pre-built options. With more parts options than ever out there, online component-matching tools are instrumental in assuring compatibility, but they also tend to steer users towards specific retailers or even proprietary hardware. During my research, Origin PC kept coming up. I reached out to them and Jay F. patiently worked with me until I ended up with a fully-customized PC for about the same price as building it myself, and I have a warranty and lifetime support, to boot. I may never build my own computer again!

Problem: LEDs were not controllable; the bright lights upset my autistic son greatly. Lex patiently went through the software options but realized something more was wrong; had me take some pics of specific parts of the inside of the rig - and found that a plug had been left unconnected! After I plugged the errant wire, Lex took care of all the software settings. Lex displayed the perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. S-tier customer service!

The packing and wooden create made it during the Christmas chaos. Packing Team is solid and their customer service rep kept me updated on everything with my machine. 10/10 experience. (My machine worked and had no issues too!)

After placing my order, I was met with an email from an employee who was assigned to me. The correspondence was frequent, and they kept me up to date every step of the way, making sure I was aware of a delay in shipping due to an (understandable) influx of orders. Customer service was also patient with me when I was confused about a shipping option, I appreciate both of the folks who helped me! Origin ships to Puerto Rico, which is surprisingly rare, and a life saver for me. The variety of products and the clear communication made Origin my first choice when it came to ordering a new computer, and I have zero regrets in my purchase. I've already recommended Origin to friends who would be interested, I am incredibly satisfied and grateful.
