The ordering process was simple and easy, shipping was fast, and the list of specs were very helpful when it came to helping me realize what I wanted. The PC arrived with multiple layers of protection to ensure it’s condition was perfect for the consumer. After using it for a few hours, it was definitely worth the money. If I ever need a new pc, I know where I’m going to buy it from.

I received my new origin EON 16 just over a week after placing the order! A representative was in contact with me via email the very next business day. The system came exactly as I had specified and was packaged very safe and secure. System booted right up and I was able to log in and transfer data from my old laptop quickly and easily.

Outstanding customer service provided by Jay F. He kept me informed of my order status throughout the build process. This is the second Origin PC we've purchased. The previous one is about 10 years old and still going strong, the older processor just struggles to keep up with modern motion graphic demands. The new computer is a beast. Origin products aren't cheap but they're tested before shipping and the lifetime support is excellent.

Lex was extremely helpful, courteous and informative. They made sure my PC replacement went quick and smoothly, answered all of my questions, and it was a great customer support experience. Will be sticking with Corsair products forever.

This was the first pc that I had someone build for me so I was concerned how it was going to go. The guys at Origin took my specs and built me a killer gaming rig. There was an issue with the cooling during burn in testing which was corrected before shipping. Unit was packaged securely and suffered no damage in transit. Video card, 4070 super was installed and ready to rock. Oliver contacted me regularly with status updates. I appreciate being kept in the loop before shipping.

The process for making order choices with Origin PC is convenient enough. I had made the order with an OS drive too small (my mistake). Flex C responded to a request of mine to increase the OS drive capacity to 2TB after I had submitted the order to Origin. Flex was able to confirm that it could be changed, the precise model, and the price. I should add that this is my third PC through Origin and have been trouble free with each. Very satisfied.

Update: Origin PC did send me a new laptop so I upgraded from a 1 to 3 star. It obviously was major inconvenient to have to setup my laptop twice. Original review: This is my 3rd Origin Laptop. The first 2 were great. This one is horrible and constant crashes. AND IT'S A NEW LAPTOP, only 3 months old. Suggestion; look elsewhere!!! Forwarned

Ordering experience was simple to customize the specific components. Jay F. communicated during the build process and provided updates when it shipped - same time as estimate on site and first e-mail. The crate is nice considering how much damage it had on a short trip, a cardboard box would have been torn apart. Computer arrived in great shape, no loose connections or malfunctioning components. No unnecessary software comes installed. A simple Windows install with some instruction documents and that is it. Everything is working excellent so far.
