I had a question regarding the maintenance of my liquid cooling system, because advice online seemed to vary a bit, and this was my first time owning a liquid cooled system. Lex, a Technical Support Advisor, answered my questions completely and gave wonderful advice. Their help was so very much appreciated and eased my worries.

Lex was willing to go the extra mile. Amazing support! Origin - she won you a customer for life :) Took time to analyze and rework install drivers etc. Very professional, very knowledgeable, very friendly.

Origin made customizing our system easy. Our agent kept us updated on the progress. Despite hurricane Helene (Origin is in Georgia), it arrived early. The packing was exquisite, from the internal custom foam to the outer crate. Easy to set up. Runs like a dream. We're more than satisfied with our system.

Computer GPU was non-functional after 4 days of purchasing it new. I was instructed to re-install windows and afterwards was told to take the graphics card out and put it in again. I have two issues with this response. Origin is supposed to be a company which makes life easier for their buyers and primarily the reason I purchased it is to save time and begin to use it for my work applications. The following two things took me nearly 5 hours because the PC I ordered was a micro-itx build there was no real space to take anything out of it. Additionally, I didn’t have the tools, and so I would have to run to my friends to get the proper equipment to get it done. When I asked Origin to subsidize their mistake they offered $100 which is a complete slap in the face considering with tax I paid nearly $4k. The fact that I have spent a total of 7 hours so far talking to support, trying to fix my computer, and having to constantly follow up if they are sending the packaging information is insulting. This is a prebuilt computer that was supposed to make my life easier. Instead it was the opposite. Do not trust this company with your computer. I am very disappointed and will not personally buy from them again or any of my businesses.
