excellent customer service, however, I would like to know why Hong Kong is not within the list of shipping. Really want the Arachnid.

Would be 5 stars if not for the difficulty and confusion presented by the ai chatbot. Thankfully I got in touch with a human, Eddy Hernandez was my contact for customer service and he answered all my questions quickly and helped me with everything I needed. I've always had good support in the past from origin so I'm happy to upgrade my system with them now.

The website ordering and storing of saved configs can be frustrating, as mine would disappear. After ordering, accessing my order to see all the parts proved frustrating and fruitless. The offers disappeared as well, like free upgrade as if it was removed completely from the site…I tried to do another configuration as the price seemed off. However, communication was easy, and response time was quick. Shipping wasn’t free even though it stated it was. I received the box very quickly after about 3-4 weeks of the completed transaction. Packing was good. Nice welcome package, and setup was rather painless. The Neuron case is gorgeous. I haven’t installed software yet.

Origin PC The only trouble I had was with ordering from your website. I could not get to checkout. It let me configure the system with ease but i could not get the area that allows you to put your billing information to purchase the system. I called and talked to your customer serivce and they ran me through the typical fixes but in the end they were unable to fix the issue and after asking about phone orders I was told that they were unable to take phone orders. I believe the person i was talking to was Brian. To no fault of his, he was as baffled as i was as to why it would let me check out After putting me on hold, he came back to tell me that he could help me out with my order and actually ordered the system for me, which was a big help. I listed off the specifications i wanted over the phone and he put it into the system without a hitch. Once i got the system ordered i was handed off to Jay f. and it was smooth sailing from there. He was able to keep me informed on the build and answered any question i had. I would say my overall experience was satisfying and probably will order again in the future if the need arises

To be fair, the 4 stars should be like 4.8, but it's not a choice. The pc is fantastic. This is the first time since 1988 that I've purchased a pre-built pc. At a time when building your own with the same components as a pre-built, is barely any cheaper, well, I felt it was a no brainer. And doing it now, before memory prices continue skyrocketing, only made sense. This might sound lackluster as a positive point, but the case used for this model is out of this world. Its by far the sturdiest one I've ever seen. All components were built into the case with a lot of care and focus to detail. Most likely better than I would have done. Now, the little negative. If you are hoping for a new computer in a short amount of time, forget that. They give you an estimated ship time when you order, but based on other companies, I figured they were putting a worse case ship time on the order. Not...then a few days before that ship date, they notified me by email that there was going to be a delay due to a factory move. I replied with an ultimatum, that I would cancel the order if it was not shipped on the date specified. Must have made an impression, because it ended up shipping on the day planned. We're talking like 3 weeks waiting for it to arrive. If you purchase one, pay attention to the ship date. You'll need to be OK with the wait.

It was a great experience. Pricing was very fair especially with the current market on some items so that was a ++ It was very quickly built and shipped with zero issues. Only thing I wish is if there was more options for them to tweak windows and do some adjustments like oc or tuning for specific uses but that’s ok I can just takes me a lot longer mainly due bc of time work and family haha I highly recommend Origin and trust there team thanks for the great pc!
