Great watch ! Very nice !

I am posting this EVERYWHERE I CAN!!!!!! I HOPE YOU AN ALL YOUR POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SEE IT!!!! This company is a SCAM! Ordered and pre-paid $199++ ($239 total) for a Christmas gift watch with “2 day shipping Get before Christmas“ back on 12/17/23. Got an email on 12/19/23 that the watch I initially ordered was over-sold & no longer in stock, but offered a “free upgrade with expedited 1day shipping” for my inconvenience. There is NO phone number to call them & I emailed them for 3 days to call me because I had questions, and on 12/22/23, I FINALLY got an email back that their C.S. does NOT support PHONE CALLS;…..MANY emails back and fourth and after being advised it (the upgraded watch) would be sent out immediately & picked up by carrier that day, I went against my gut & agreed to the ”upgraded” watch with 1 day expedited shipping with the sliver of hope my husband would have a gift to open on Christmas! Not only was there no watch the day AFTER Christmas but there was no Tracking Number in my mail……Soooooo; now I’m emailing AGAIN…Where’s my order? I got a response on Wednesday. 12/27/23 @ 7:21pm EST that GUESS WHAT??! MY WATCH WAS OVER-SOLD & NO LONGER STOCK!!!!!!!!!

I have significantly updated my previous review due since publishing. My complaint was around how they responded to a mistake: I was unhappy with the representative's resolution. However, then the co-founder got involved and MORE than made up for the error. That matters and really does restore my trust in a brand that I honestly really wanted to stick with. I will look on my OG watches with a smile as my collection grows.

OG watches has been on my radar First I purchased A Taylor Guitar watch. From there I have purchased 3 more beautiful watches. A definite conversation starter.

Customer service was quickly to respond to my email! I also bought this watch for my fiance for Christmas and he loved it!

I needed 2 extra links for the watch I purchased, I email customer service and received a response and an invoice with in a few hours. I paid the invoice online and received the links a few days later. Love this company and the originality of their time pieces.

Purchased one for each of my three sons. They loved them! Quality was excellent!!

Mystery purchase- got the less desirable watch.
