I purchased some Nematodes for my kids new vegetable beds after being overrun with Leather Jackets. Their site allowed me to order and the payment was taken fine (second time around!). Then, after THREE WEEKS (allowing for their COVID-19 delays) my product still hadn't arrived. I emailed them and I got a standard reply - sorry, we're busy because of COVID-19. I waited a week and NOTHING ARRIVED. I emailed them back and asked where my product was. They replied and said sorry, we're out of stock and we told you that before you ordered, and by email too. They DID NOT! I'd have gone elsewhere if they did! I asked for a refund and almost a week later, I'm STILL CHASING then for this and they're now IGNORING ALL EMAILS! This company is absolutely APPALLING. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. THEIR SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS DISGUSTING. My bank have firm consumer protection and so I'm going to speak to them to get a refund. They said a charge back can be done if they don't refund me, at an additional merchant charge to the company! Absolutely terrible company!

I wanted to give no stars! Do not use this company under any circumstances. It is not the company I know from years past. I gave them a lot of leeway due to the pandemic, for deliveries many weeks late etc, but when expensive vegetable plants started arriving in terrible condition, dead hours, I started to get irritated at the constant generic email responses to my requests for replacements. After sending photos and numerous requests for replacements or refunds with no acknowledgement of my complaints whatsoever, I am now in touch with Citizens advice and intend pursuing a case. It’s not a lot of money, although as an oap it is expensive with postage etc, I feel they should take responsibility for a system, and products that are arriving in an unusable condition, whilst not Operating good customer services. Meanwhile they can manage to bombard me with their Product sales emails! Avoid.

I ordered a mesh BAR sign for a project that we are doing. The delivery was several days later than expected, There was several areas of paint missing and there is several mesh wires sticking out and further sharp edges. I contacted them by e mail and their reply was its a vintage look......Funny how there is no mention of this on line ????? After several more return e mails back to them I am still awaiting a reply. What a waste of space this company is in the way of customer services. I wish I had read the customer reviews before ordering. I shall never use this company again and I certainly will not be recommending them. Avoid them at all costs.

I ordered a hotbin in March and decided it was not suitable. I was entitled to a refund within 14 days by 10th April. They said there was a delay for collection. However I am still entitled to a refund within the legal timeframe. Now 28th May, bin was collected some time ago,money has not arrived and am not getting a reply to my emails. Phone unavailable. I thought a collection charge of £60 was excessive but the claim is still over £100. What an illegal shower!

Poor - would never use again. Took long time to dispatch and no response to 3 emails - one of them to cancel the order

Non-existent customer service, would really like to give them 0 stars. Used to be a really good company but not any more. Waiting over a month for my order to arrive, no response to emails, what is left of my lawn is fast disappearing with leatherjackets urgently requiring treatement.

This was the first time dealing with this company. I wish I’d never come across them. I ordered 2 lots of organic mulch on Sunday, I paid by PayPal. On Monday I tried to cancel the order and had sent an email to them. A lady rang me and said she was working from home. She checked my order and said it had been dispatched. I told her I had received an email stating it would be dispatched in10 to 14 days, she still said she couldn’t cancel it. Their is no cancel button the website which I find very unusual. I have now raised a dispute through PayPal as they are a nightmare. Do not place an order with this company, if you change your mind you will need to battle for your money back. They also say telephone lines closed due to corona, yet a woman rang me from her home saying she is responding to emails. I’m so frustrated.

Since the business was taken over the service has been appalling. Part of my order was not fulfilled. I contacted the company and was advised that the product was not available any more and so I would receive a refund. Consequently, I ordered the same product from Bents, which arrived within two days. I then received an email to advise that the product had been sent. When I queried this, it was stated that the company could not do anything about the unwanted product and that I would have to reject it from the courier. After two more weeks I have received neither the product nor a refund. I have lost over £30 and received no response to follow-up queries. It is time that Garden Organic stopped promoting this outfit.
