Autumn planting onions and garlic
Irritating to be asked to award stars before the package has arrived. Now it is here it is OK. Onion sets a bit small, but hopefully that just means small, but more, onions. I wanted to point out that, although the garlic cloves are labelled with garlic varieties, the instructions on them are instructions for onion sets - could be confusing for a new grower!
Response from Organic catalogueOct 28, 2025
We appreciate you bringing the premature star request and the mixed-up instructions to our attention. We'll review our processes to prevent similar issues. We hope the onion sets perform well for you. Thanks for your feedback. Kind regards, Hannah Organic Gardening Catalogue

Unfortunately this transaction was…
Unfortunately this transaction was hacked and although they did not get my card details and my order has gone through, the hackers knew that I had placed an order and tried to get my details by impersonating Royal Mail. I think that you need to tighten security
Response from Organic catalogueSep 30, 2025
We appreciate you bringing this security issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about your experience with the attempted Royal Mail impersonation following your order. We are taking your feedback seriously and will investigate how to improve our security measures to prevent similar incidents. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

Unnecessary packaging was the only fault
The items arrived quickly and as ordered, but the packaging was excessive. Bags of compost and similar items do not need to be packaged in cardboard boxes. A simple label on the bag would be sufficient. I expect better from an organic gardening company.
Response from Organic catalogueSep 30, 2025
We appreciate your order arrived promptly. Thank you for pointing out the excessive packaging. We are always looking for ways to improve our environmental impact and will review our packaging methods for compost and similar items. Your feedback is valuable to us. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.

The spray bottle of grazers did not work, I had to decant into another bottle to use the contents. There was also a lot of crystallised sediment in the bottom of the bottle.

Slow delivery and mispicks in consignment - too late to do anything about it now as things need to get planed out2
Response from Organic catalogueJun 19, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your order arrived later than expected and that there were errors in the consignment. We understand the importance of timely delivery, particularly during the planting season, and regret that we were not able to meet expectations on this occasion. Although we appreciate that it may now be too late to rectify the issue for this planting window, we would still encourage you to contact our customer service team with details of the mispicks so that we can review the matter and offer a suitable resolution. We do hope we can restore your confidence in our service in future.

Hoping the plant perks up!
Ordered a few things from Organic Catalogue, and we're already members of the Seed Library so was expecting good things. Delivery was OK but a bit disappointed after opening the plant and seeing one dead shoot, and it remaining pretty lack lustre after a little watering. Am hoping it perks up in the next day or so otherwise a bit of a waste of money.
Response from Organic catalogueSep 30, 2025
We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry to hear the plant arrived with a dead shoot and hasn't improved. We value your feedback as a Seed Library member and will look into this to ensure our plants meet expectations. Kind regards, Hannah The Organic Gardening Catalogue.
