Ordered and received climbing French beans plants Tomato plants, and Courgette plants which after some delay arrived over a period of weeks .... they arrived in flimsy plastic containers and looked sickly on arrival but i perservered. However 1 courgett and 1 tomato died and the rest of the plants proved to be very poor quality, no fruit or veg from any of them .... I dont know what has happened to this company but I will NOT be buying from them again .....

I feel like I'm in the minority here but everything I ordered, including some live comfrey plants, arrived safe and sound!

Same experience as most of the other reviewers. Untrustworthy company. I picked up my package from the post office over a month ago only to open it and find an item in it that I did not order with a note that this is a replacement as what I paid for is not available and to contact them if I want to return it. I have since them contacted them in all possible ways with no response whatsoever. I asked for a refund and a return label for this item that I have absolutely no use for and is taking up unnecessary space and time as I need to water it until I get to send it back. I have also told them in my emails to next time ask the customer first whether they want a replacement before just sending it off, as I wasted my time queuing in the post office for an item I did not want. I will not send it back on my own money as this company still owes me money for the item that I paid for. Completely unreliable company. Don't use it in order to avoid disappointment.

Would not use this company as totally useless and unreliable. When you do get your item after a long wait their are parts missing. When you contact them it is only by e mail as call centre closed! Then despite explaining on thee mail that there are parts missing you end up with an auto generated e mail reply a month later saying please contact us using the correct heading in the subject box which you had previously done.SO BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I don't think they deserve even 1 star. I have placed my order a month ago, and I still haven't received it. The communication with them is non existent, I would VERY strongly suggest to avoid buying anything from them

i've also had the same experience as people below. i placed the order over 2 months ago, gave leeway because of covid- 19. they haven't replied to any of my 4 emails. TERRIBLE

This company does not even earn 1star. They are appalling! Have waited 2 months for a delivery and have complained, like everyone else, several times asking for a refund. They will not give you a refund and fob you off with a renewed, expected delivery date each time. The latest response from them states that the expected delivery date will be in another 2months time. They should NOT BE TRADING. Surely someone can close them down!

I purchased a gift voucher for my sisters birthday and it doesn't work - they have not responded to emails - This company is un trustworthy avoid them. I will be reporting them
