I have used Orange Mailer for a little over 16 months with great satisfaction. It is easy to use, easy to refund postage created in error, and easy to update the address database. In this time, I've created 657 easy labels ready for pick up at my doorstep to support my small home based business. I've needed to reach out to customer service, always with quick responses even on the weekend. They are so much nicer than those other mailing services (Stamps.com) where a simple question seems to trigger "nasty customer service mode." By all means give Orange Mailer a try and when you find how easy it is to use, I'll bet you will be grabbing a money saving monthly subscription. Orange is my favorite color and Orange Mailer has lived up to my expectations for the color and a basic mailing service.

Overall excellent experience

I was skeptical, but it only took 5 minutes for me to realize that this site was incredibly helpful. I was able to do labels for Library/Media mail without visiting the post office and I could pay as I went.

Easy, convenient. No waiting at the PO.

I have been using Orange Mailer for a couple of month. It is easy to use and a great option so I don’t have to drive 20 miles to the post office to mail an oversized envelope. It’s been wonderful to avoid the post office during this pandemic! They are available if you need help, a great feature. Try it, you’ll love the convenience!
