Hi Pot Jay, I won't say we didn't hang up on you but I will say it certainly was not on purpose! Do you have any clue how may Crypto users we have (thousands)? Do you honestly think we'd risk all that for $100?? So now, let me ask you - did you try reaching out to our FREE chat once again? Did you try submitting a FREE trouble ticket (which is really the only way Tech could try to track your hash). Did you follow the instructions that specify sending a trouble ticket if you don't see your funds within a few hours? Did you do anything at all other than claim we are a scam? In fact - have you reached out since you submitted this? If we still have your $100 and your not using it (or would like to use it) - please let us know. But if you are actually using your account - well, you should let us know that too.

Such a shame. Some people refuse to take advantage of free telephone support, free chat support, and/or free trouble ticket support. Why do I say that? Because we do offer media mail - it is under the "additional options" and then "special rates" section and we would have told this person had they asked. It is also a shame that they dislike enter some basic info like email, password and minimal contact info just to have access to a free account that only requires payment IF you create postage. Well, we do try, but not everyone can be pleased. As for our overcharging for labels - we do what we say "never more than the local post office". And should you want special discounts, well thats available too (at a subscription level). We admit we aren't for everyone, but we do offer nearly every option the local post office offers - without ever going there - and all with a FREE account and you'll never pay more than your local post office.

Sorry to hear you moved on to a service you feel is better for your shipping. We'd love for you to stay but sometimes we are not the best. We actually are not designed for e-commerce shippers like the others are. We are designed for the consumer and small office / home office user. Unlike the service you changed to which charges 5 cents for every label, our service is actually 100% free. We don't feel we are a big ad pushing you to upgrade. We don't open new windows, or bug you in any way. The option to upgrade is there IF you need what the upgrade offers. If you don't need it, no reason to use it. If you want to pay extra for a system that does NOT offer First Class letters, Certified Mail, Chat support, phone support and is literally a big ad for printers - cool. We can not match all that. But if you want to avoid going to the post office - that we can do (for free)!

Hi. Not sure why the tracking number would appear fuzzy other than your screen resolution. It is shown in plain text with nothing fancy. The tracking number is not clickable on the free plan - however, you can simply copy and paste it into Google (or USPS.com) and see full details. Thanks for using our system, and should you have any other questions regarding how to use our system don't forget we presently offer chat, trouble tickets and even phone to all our users (including those on the free service.

Hi, Yes - it is true we make money on the postage, but the reality is that it is a very small amount, As an example - on a first class letter we loose money. Why? Because we don't charge a credit card fee, but we must pay 2.9% + 30 cents on every single credit card charge. As we grew we saw that few people (compared to total users) were using the address book, batch printing, enhanced history, etc - so we determined to pull that off the base FREE version and offer if as an upgrade. What that means is that we are still here - the _only_ FREE service that offers nearly all levels (and then some) of the local post office. BUT - if you want more (like the address book) we still offer that as well. This enables us to meet the needs of every user (the local post office does not have an address book or batching or IMb tracking) and if some users want more - then for a minimal amount that helps cover our real costs, they are available. I hope this helps you and others understand our pricing. We try to be transparent, and we love our customers feedback. We will take your comments to heart and where possible, we'll make the needed changes.

Hi, Sorry to hear about your not having the best interactions with our service. You are correct - we do not have a print preview. This is something we are always working on. The underlying issue here is that the label is a generated PDF - with LIVE postage. That said - we do offer refunds on all postage except First Class. Which is why the refund you requested was automatically declined. Per USPS regulations - postage that can still be used, can not be refunded. Your postage could be re-printed and used as it is LIVE postage. We do understand that this can be a little confusing - which is why we try to clearly indicate in multiple places (before postage is actually generated) that First Class postage is non-refundable. Stamps.com can offer you a refund on first class, because after you pay them the monthly fee, you also MUST purchase serialized stamp paper from them. Our First Class is simply printed to anything with no monthly fee. But, the result of that freedom and transparency is that it is non-refundable (first class letters/cards/flats only).

We are sorry you are not happy with our service. The TrustPilot program you reference was discontinued in June of 2021. In November of 2021 we culled out accounts that were over 1 year old, never used and with no funds ever added and any coupons that were greater than 60 days old (as per our TOS). Unfortunately your unused account was one of these. Like a store coupon that has an expiration date, the credit we issued you also did. We are sorry to hear you never used it and that you offered a TrustPilot review without ever using our software. The program was not designed for that purpose and we believe the vast majority of our reviews come from active and honest users.

Hi I am sorry for your experience, but Orange Mailer.co does provide USPS postage, meaning the United States Postal Service, and you wanted a refund for a FEDEX label you had printed, you send us a picture of the FEDEX label. Orange Mailer does not provide Fedex labels. So yes he shut you down, because we do not deal with Fedex. If you did have a issue with a USPS label that you printed via our system then please contact us again with that information and we can look into it, but we can not be responsible for Fedex or UPS or any other shippers just because we work with USPS.
