We have never - not once - blocked any of our thousands of users simply because they have a free account. Most of our users take advantage of that. If you have actually been blocked it could be due to entering the wrong password, using the wrong email, or a suspicion of fraud. But regardless, please reach out and let us help.

Glad you are enjoying Orange Mailer! You should stay logged in - we don't automatically log you out. Perhaps you have multiple windows open or maybe for security sake you are logging out? If you have any issues - let su know at support - we'll see what we can do.

We do try to have our chat live as often as possible. We will share this with the team and work to make it more available, more often.

Hi There! Thanks for updating your review and explaining that you last used our service in November 2019 and it is now June 2021. Also, thanks for letting others know that our Terms of Service clearly state that accounts not used in at least 4 months do have their funds moved out for accounting purposes - and that ALL funds are fully restored upon request. The actual policy is stated in our Terms Of Service, Section 9.7 (link at bottom of every page - and a double opt-in) Regarding the $10 minimum - I understand it is not your concern, however we pay 2.9% + .30 for every charge (including PayPal). Since we are not connected to USPS nor a government entity - we would actually loose a lot of money by letting you deposit just enough for your postage and not charge you a monthly fee. Bottom line, our service simply would not exist and you would not have to be concerned with us as an option for your one stamp every 18 months (there are no other options for your situation - except the local post office). We are very glad that you returned after these last 18 months, and very happy that we all made it thru and can still provide you our free service.
