Site runs incredibly slow when... it actually goes to the correct page. It's been like this for awhile. Then a couple of times I've been unable to print my postage after paying for it. It's happening right now...

I started to use Orange Mailer during the pandemic as it was the only service that I could find at the time that offered a non monthly subscription fee. I do not use the mail frequently so I was searching for an online solution that I could use for the occasional mail. Although there are some querks in the web site (I needed to disable my ad blocker for example - otherwise the generate postage button would never appear), I found the service to be very useful, however, I would prefer a service that integrates with Microsoft Office like stamps.com, however I did not want to pay a monthly fee for that convenience. Their customer service was very helpful - I had an issue changing settings in my profile and they resolved this in a matter of minutes. For me, if they had a plugin option for Microsoft Office (to print from that address book rather than their online one) and also a way to customize the appearance of the return address, I would give it 5 stars, meanwhile I give it 3.5 out of 5.

I liked this until it just kept showing error messages. Now I still have a balance on my account and can't do anything. Would so appreciate if this got fixed

All in all the service is convenient. However, they do not allow you an opportunity to proof before they zap your account for the cost and when I confronted them about a known issue - they canceled my account for fraudulent activity and refunded the balance of my account - not the $4+ that they charged for a label I could not use - and I could not even get back on to print off the label. So they basically scammed me out of the cost of that label. They blamed the issue on the USPS and when I said that was all well and fine, but my issue is with our inability to correct the label before you charge me and then refuse to make it right. You just admitted you were aware of the issue and yet you still do not provide your customers with the ability to proof the label, because had I had that opportunity, I would have seen that it was not going to print correctly and would have corrected it first, but now, I am stuck with a label I cannot use and out the cost of postage - wonder what the BBB thinks of that scam? I'm definitely going to find out.
