Our company chose Optumrx starting at the beginning of January. Prescriptions I have been taking for years are now denied. They now require authorization, for medicine my doctor prescribed. This is the worst for prescriptions. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

If I could give a 0, I would have. I was hung up on twice and told to contact my insurance, which turns out to BE OPTUM RX, only to call back and get hung up on. I could not understand any of three people I spoke with. The last woman I spoke with put me on hold for 20 minutes and I'm not even sure I understand what she told me or how accurate it was. This was A HORRIBLE experience. There needs to be more training and accountability for these workers. Horrible, horrible horrible. 1 hour out of my day, that should have been 10 minutes MAX

I order my blood pressure medications Lisinopril Tab 10mg through the mail order. I ordered 10 days before. Till today I did not receive my medication yet. I called on Tuesday (03/21/2023). Representative who was answering on the phone, looks like she was working from home. Sound was she was sleeping. I asked her about status for my medication. She told it will arrive on Thursday (03/23/2023). I did not receive in mail on that day. I called back again on Thursday (03/23/2023) and told them I did not receive your medication today. I also told her I don't have any medication left since Monday. It is for my blood pressure medication. But she told my you will receive by tomorrow by Friday (01/24/2023). I told representative that I don't have any medication left since Monday. Then I told to transfer my phone to the manager. Manager came on the line, but she doesn't want to understand the situation. Told her I don't have any medications left since Monday. It is not good for blood pressure patient to live without BP medications for almost week. She told me to wait till Friday. I was waiting till Saturday (03/25/2023). Medication did not come on till Saturday (03/25/2023)/ I call back again Optum RX told representative I did not receive my medication yet. He told it will come on Monday (03/27/23) I was upset told him to transfer to manager. The supervisor's name Heather came on the phone. I told her I Called several times. Till today I did not receive my medication yet. She told you have to wait until Monday (03/27/2023). I cannot do anything about it. I explain her everything. But she doesn't want to listen. How can anybody live without taking high blood pressure medication for more than 10 days. I am still waiting for my medication to arrive in the mail. I don't like Optum RX customer service. They don't care about the Patient.

Very bad experience. Simple prescription for one of the most common and cheap drugs. First they messed up transferring the prescription from the current pharmacy. When the medication was a week late I contacted them. 1+ hour on the phone. Then they say they will send it express. Never arrived. 1+ hour on the phone. "They will look into it." Two days go by with no contact, nothing happening. 1+ hour on the phone again, "the fastest we can get it to you is 10 days." I say transfer the prescription to my local pharmacy. Yet another hour on the phone getting that to happen.

I have been trying for a WEEK to try to make appointments! All I'm getting is a very annoying announcement that will re-loop for hours! Finally getting the opportunity for a call-back, after at least 4 hours my phone rings with a strange name and number. I don't answer unknown callers. (We live in a world of scammers. It's not a new thing) They leave no message. Next morning, I start calling at 8am. I'm immediately given the opportunity for a call back. It takes about 20 mins. It's the same number I ignored the day before. I chance it, and indeed it's an Optum representative to assist in scheduling my appointment. Are you guys serious!? This is totally unexceptable. And frustrating to the point of making me search for another provider. As I write this I am presently on hold to try to make my 2nd appointments. I have been on hold for 45 minutes And still no one has connected me to speak with anyone To secure another very important important appointment. If you're trying to dissuade patience keep up the good work

I would give 0 stars if I could. Auto refill has failed 2 times now so I keep running out of my medication and having withdrawal symptoms. Payment system keeps not working too. It's wild. I'm giving this one more month and will change to a different pharmacy. Do not recommend ordering from here whatsoever.

When you call customer service you get someone who speaks very poor English with a heavy Asian accent. A rooster is crowing so loud that I could barely hear the woman speak. This has happened several times. Frustrating. Never got the problem resolved. Very poor customer support.

I ordered a product from the store Expedited and paid $9.99 for that service was supposed to be shipped 2 to 4 business days. It was delivered week later All I asked was for the refund on the extra fee. They would not give me the credit trying to pass the blame on fedex. Terrible customer service
