Reading some of the reviews regarding OotumRx,they were very negative. As long as I had the mail delivery service, I have never, never had a problem with them. I received my medications on a timely basis. Upon the open enrollment options for 2027, I found that Optum will not be available which makes me worried. Not only I may have to enroll in another plan, but to find a pharmacy mail order service. Its very frustrating that plans change each year. But I suppose it has to do with enrollees in each plan, the cost and if the providers accept the plans. Dont go OptumRx!

Completely thorough, positive, consistent contact and follow-through. I have to say that this has been the most comprehensive management of my medication I've ever experienced. I have had multiple phone calls for when I personally haven't followed up or kept up with anything- life gets busy and it's easy to overlook and forget things when you have an ever-growing list of things to accomplish but- every interaction with this service has been compassionate, informative, and helpful. Orders come on time, I'm transferred to the correct people, I'm given consistent follow-ups and check-ins on my medication use. Staff is great, delivery service is on time and orders are easy to understand. I'm getting more information and care from the pharmacy service themselves vs. my actual doctor and it's nice to see a service that will slow down and be as specific and thorough with something serious like medication.

I get all my prescriptions on time. No problems here!

I was concerned when my Provider changed to OptumRx with their low stats. But I had no problems downloading OptumRx app, customer service chat or delivery system. This was my first time but considering my pharmacy was not timely with the dispensary of my meds, I have faith in OptumRx. Thank you!
