Look at all of these terrible reviews. That tells you all that you need to know about these idiots. Dealing with Optum Rx has been an absolute nightmare. I have tried repeatedly to coordinate getting essential mobility aids—a rollator and a wheelchair—and they have completely failed me. Because of their continuous mistakes and lack of accountability, my healthcare has been severely delayed. The physical and emotional anguish this has caused me is unacceptable. A pharmacy is supposed to support your health, but Optum Rx has only created roadblocks. Avoid them if you can. They are an absolute disgrace. I hope everyone reads this and they go out of business.

Id give them 0 if I could. I got a letter in the mail saying that myself or someone in my home made a threatening gesture. This is a lie. They need a lawsuit filed against them.

My nurse was great, after that it was down hill, they gave me a test kit to be picked up, It took me 5 years to get the nerve and religious beliefs to finally do the test!, So I packed it all up, filled out paper work, very bottom of form,” we will not pick up from this location “! What!?Why?! Called Optum, spoke to the most confused, ignorant incompetent, representative, he was of no help had no suggestions or remedies on how to take care of the situation, no knowledge on policy, Due to his ignorance of his job he said he was going to transfer me to a department that could help me, He transferred me to United Health Care, Optum your kit is sitting on top of my mail box flag up mail man won’t take it, come get it!

We had insurance and they failed to bill them.. after calls it was finally billed. $202 and the full bill waspaid for by insurance. Once that went through, we got a new bill for the same visit same date now at $500. Never again

Professional yet Damning: Absolute Failure of Patient Care and Communication If you value your health, your time, or your sanity, stay far away from this location. The lack of professionalism at this practice is staggering. The front desk staff operates with zero empathy and acts as a barrier rather than a gateway to healthcare. Trying to get anyone on the phone is a nightmare—expect to sit on hold for over 45 minutes, only for the line to randomly disconnect. Furthermore, their administrative incompetence is borderline dangerous. Referrals take months of constant pestering to process. When you finally do get in to see a provider, the appointments are incredibly rushed, leaving you feeling like a number on a spreadsheet rather than a human being in need of medical attention. This medical group desperately needs a complete overhaul of its management and patient communication systems, including the medical practitioner who knows what is going on and is helpless. I will be taking my care elsewhere. If want to be barked at or bitten by guard dogs, visit this office any day any time. And if you are elderly, be ready to get your blood pressure saturated with the sarcastic direct and indirect humiliating comments! This practice cannot run successfully when the administrative team treats patients like a burden and the medical staff looks away. Look elsewhere in if you want proactive, compassionate, sympathetic healthcare.

I’ve been using Optum (or its previous practices) for almost 50 years and watched the responsiveness and quality of care go steadily downhill. But last week was the final straw. After seeing Dr. Burack for skin cancer and taking fluorouracil to expose pre-cancerous growths, I developed a severe rash, swelling and itchiness near my eye. I called and after 45 minutes on hold, finally reached a voicemail, No one called me back so I went to the office the following day and asked to see the doctor. I said I would to sit in the office all day just to have Dr. Burack or anyone in dermatology look at the rash. Jennifer, Dr. Barack’s nurse, refused, saying that the doctor was fully booked all week and going on vacation the following week. No one else was available. Clearly, 3 minutes to assess my eye was too much to ask after almost 5 decades of being a patient at optum dermatology. Jennifer told me to go to urgent care where I saw a PA who had no idea what was wrong but prescribed an antibiotic//steroid cream, After 4 days, the rash is still there. I’m appalled by the cold hearted lack of concern. I will be changing dermatologists and spreading the word that Dr.Burack no longer cares about her patients.

If I could give no stars, I would. I need to cancel and reschedule a telehealth appointment. This is now the third day that I've tried to call and have waited over 45 minutes without getting a rep to pick up. I should be able to reschedule on the portal, or they need to get more CS reps!! The patient's time is valuable too!!
