While the number of page views is not something we plan to adjust, I want to let you know you can add additional pageviews without upgrading to the next plan level. Pageview blocks are $29/block/month and are billed monthly. Or, you can stick with the current free plan and pause your campaigns if your account exceeds the pageviews for your plan.
