Hi There, We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. We're very sorry for the confusion regarding our features and re-activation. OptinMonster branding has always been a requirement for our Basic and Plus level plans. We do highlight the ability to remove the OptinMonster branding on our pricing page. But of course, that can be missed, so again we apologize for the misunderstanding. Regarding our support, our team is available by email Monday - Friday from 9AM to 5PM EST. We aim to respond back to each ticket within a few hours if not sooner. We wish OptinMonster had worked for you, and we hope you find a platform that works for your needs. Good luck with your future endeavors!
