The varifocal prescription safety glasses I ordered lasted 10 days before one of the arms snapped off whilst removing them from my head. Very poor construction. No response from them after requesting a refund

I bought these safety googles in good faith. They took far longer to arrive than they say & when they did they arrived with no paper work as they are drop shipped from Ali-Express or similar. The perscription was slightly off. They make me feel nauseous when wearing them. They are only prepared to change to a flat lense which is not a safety google. Also, despite ordering "hydrophobic" which I was told meant you can still see if they get wet, they mist up so you cannot see when it's raining. After I complained they said I should have ordered anti fog. There is NOT an anti fog option. Now they say I should have asked for anti fog, you can't ask for something that hou do not know exists. Now they want another $30. It's just excuse after excuse. These are advertised as "Hunter" glasses. They will arrive with "Daisy" written on the frame- you can buy these on AliExpress for $3. I have been in dialog via email for over 2 weeks. All they do is constantly repeat they want another $30 to fix the misting up problem; which is their failure. They are now ignoring the fact tge perscription is off. I'm definitely not trusting more money to a company that ships a product that is NOT fit for purpose with zero recourse or trust. When you click on their refund policy it goes nowhere, another red flag. Based in China. Only interested in getting your money. Will not publish any negative reviews on their site. Trust pilot reviews show the true picture. Wish I had looked here 1st. Total con. Avoid at all cost.

Company doesn't know how to read a prescription, absolute cowboys. Avoid like covid. Glasses were poorer quality than I would expect from a toy shop. ORDER AT YOUR PERIL

I purchased prescription glasses. Glasses Very blurry and unusable. Totally waste of money. Took forever to arrive terrible customer service.

Bought sports sunglasses which when they arrived were obviously very cheap, but as I was using them for driving I could live with. However after about 4 months I put them on in my car and the lens fell out as the frame had snapped. I emailed and started a chat with O.F but after more than a week have had no reply. Lesson learned, Avoid Avoid Avoid!

Ordered my prescription on a Friday received order the next Wednesday they actually made my prescription lenses and delivered quicker than other sites and spec savers there's real time tracking too. The glasses are not expensive so don't expect Ray-Bans or Oakley for £25. I actually really like the lenses too they are fantastic. Overall I'm happy with purchase it's not a scam site or a con just don't expect the best quality

Didn’t get the glasses or a refund. Total scam based out of China NOT NEW HAMPSHIRE.

One-Star Experience: Avoid This Company for Prescription Glasses I ordered prescription glasses and received the wrong frame model. On top of that, I specifically ordered progressive lenses, but what I got was NOT progressive. I contacted the company immediately, hoping for a resolution, but instead, they were extremely unprofessional and rude. They made constant demands, asking me to send pictures and videos proving the lenses weren’t progressive, even requesting that I pay out of pocket to have the lenses analyzed by a local optometrist and send them the results. This is a completely unreasonable request. Not once did they offer a reasonable solution or take accountability for their mistake. I strongly advise against buying glasses from this company. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your eyewear needs.
