Update: finally got through and they gave me a discount on another purchase or the chance to return. Originally, I emailed to contact email for oodtyjewelry.com to do a return as listed on the website and the email bounces back. I don't think they exist once they get your money. The necklace I ordered should be an E but it looks like a backward 3 and there is nothing to keep it from flipping backwards so it looks like I am wearing the number 3

Just got these today. Disappointed. Very small, the pictures are very misleading on their size, one of the posts was bent and it took a while to secure it. Having read the reviews on returning them, I'll donate them somewhere. Never again.

I ordered two pair of earrings on 15 March. Since the purchase was over $100 I was given free expedited shipping "Arrives in 4-6 business days. It took OOTDY 5 days to fulfil the order (meaning they created a shipping label). The shipping partner then took 3 days to simply get the package to USPS. Once with USPS I received the order in 3 days. All told 11 days from order to receipt. This, if OOTDY is not aware, is NOT expedited--and if they had just sent via USPS I would have had the items 3 days sooner (still beyond the expedited promise). The earrings are nice, but I really thought I'd have these much sooner, and I think their "free expedited" promise is intentionally deceptive, based on other review comments. So if you like the jewelry, buy it, you'll like it. Just don't expect to get within their stated time window, and certainly DO NOT PAY anything extra for expedited shipping.

First off, I LOVE THE EARRINGS! When I received my package, I only saw one earring, so I reached out to the company and within minutes, I heard back from someone! Turns out, the other earring was in another little pocket inside the cloth bag, but I was amazed by how quickly they responded to my inquiry. Great service!!!

UPDATE: Customer service has reached out to me via email and offered a full refund, but it has not hit my account yet. I’ve replied asking them when to expect it. ORIGINAL POST: I ordered 3 items as gifts for my March wedding on Feb 4th, and have still never received my order. I’ve reached out to the post office with the tracking number provided and no luck on the location of my order. These items were for my upcoming wedding in 2 weeks and I’m extremely disappointed that they’re not here yet. I’ve reached out to OOTYD customer service and am awaiting their reply… I really hope they can offer a solution with a full refund since I don’t trust replacement items to make it to me in time for the wedding at this point. Will report back…

Update: Received the pair of earrings yesterday 3/24, 37 days total from order placed to delivered. I was fortunate to have great communication from Ella and also receive an additional pair of earrings as a gift. However, based on my experience and others do not trust the shipping times. Otherwise I appreciate Ella's constant responses and updates to me and the quality appears to match the pricing. Packaging is nice too. -- Ordered a pair of earrings on 2/14/25, expedited shipping states 4-8 business days, I followed up 2/18 because I was concerned my order wasn’t being fulfilled. My gut feeling was correct because I received an email 2/19 from OOTDY that stated: “It seems that our previous email update didn't reach you for some reason. We're truly sorry to inform you that the Sapphire Eternity Huggies are currently out of stock. These handcrafted items are expected to be available in 3 weeks.” So what was 4-8 business is now 4 weeks to be in stock from order date, then another week for shipping… I wouldn’t have ordered if the website said out of stock as there are many options with OOTDY and other businesses. Hopefully I get a quality product and I wasn’t just robbed of $100. This would be two stars for my online shopping experience but is getting three stars because I’m hopeful that I will receive the quality the website shows and the complimentary gift for their mistake.
