This was a gift for my wife - she had seen it online and loved it. And it came soon enough to celebrate birthday. However, it was much smaller than it looked in the online picture and it disappointed for that. BUT it is a beautiful piece of jewelry and she loved the look otherwise. I didn't think I could return it. There's one place where it says you can, but the fine print on returns implied to me that they'd only take it if it was damaged -- not if she didn't like it. I wrote that in my initial revies. They reached out within days and said that was wrong and they would take the return. THEN followed up with a return auth email and within a week, it was back and I got the refund! That is outstanding customer service and I would deal with them again if she found something else she liked. Thanks for the quick and persistent service.

Although I had initial problems with my return that seemed to go automatically to store credit, after several exchanges, always polite and prompt, the situation has been solved!

Earrings are gorgeous, customer service was great. But shipping is too slow. In the webpage, it says it will be delivered in 3-7 business days, but it's not. It took more than 2 weeks.
