Dear customer, Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry that the lack of visible tracking updates caused so much frustration and uncertainty. We reviewed your case and can confirm that your order was dispatched within 24 hours, with the usual estimated transit time being approximately 3–7 business days. We also received your email inquiry and responded within 12 hours, providing the available tracking information and the latest shipment status so you could better understand where the parcel was in transit. We completely understand that receiving a shipping notification without seeing timely tracking updates can be concerning, and we are continuing to monitor the shipment and follow up with the carrier where needed. We’re sorry again for the confusion and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation and assist you directly. Warm regards, OOTDY Team
