Exceptional customer service and quality of jewelry
I have never dealt with a company that has offered such wonderful customer service. OOTDY is outstanding. They have made my return incredibly simple without any hassle. I was very skeptical when ordering jewelry online but I’m so thankful it was with OOTDY. This is the first time I have ordered from OOTDY and have found the items to be of high quality. It was disheartening I had to return all 3 items because they were too small. Thank you so much for being so cooperative, responsible and most of all, honest in backing your items. I highly recommend OOTDY for all your jewelry purchases. FYI, I have ordered more jewelry and am excited for my order to arrive.
