This is a total scam. All services are overpriced. Got a 3GB data plan and after 2 days I called OnStar and the representative said that my data was over. After 2 days they said that I used 3gb for maps and Spotify. THIS IS INSANE!

Useless what more can I say... they took my money for wifi in my cadillac escalade but never got the wifi which I need for my 5 year old son for a road trip...5 calls to them with zero results on a connection..

My husbands GMC 2021 Denali was stolen at a restaurant. After 2 days, Onstar stops attempting to locate or ping the vehicle even after getting monthly payments for services! Unfortunately the thieves are smarter than Onstar!

OnStar makes it extremely inconvenient to cancel your policy. You cannot do it from your account management page. You have to either call the company or do it through a live-chat. The rep you are connected with either over the phone or in the chat space will try to sell you different plans, and you'll have to tell them multiple times "I just want to cancel my plan". It's extremely predatory.

My cell phone and banking information was stolen by an employee who was working with me. I had no way to contact my bank so I figured Onstar. Could help. Thankfully Kevin at Onstar helped me. Thank you so much

I had locked myself at a recent concert. No wifi was to be had. I simply called onstar and they unlocked my vehicle in 5 minutes. Thank you Onstar Patricia Curry

Can't manage your own subscription without having to call an "advisor." Take forever to answer the phone, chat or the button with long long holds. Once they have your credit card they disappear. I wish I could talk to a real person and not the stupid automated junk. Your service is not worth what your charging and I canceled it because no one would answer so I could get the military discount. Now that I know GM owns OnStar it all makes sense. No customer service. Over priced. Not user friendly. No one answers.
