Every time no matter how many times in the last 7 years I've had Onstar Not once have they ever let me down I paid maybe $19 a month And literally They have been there when I needed something as simple as a quick diagnosis on my car 2 running out of gas And multiple tows Because I seem to have really bad luck with vehicles. Now I'm on this new plan with them that allows me to add 7 family members And multiple different vehicles associated with them And literally just 20 minutes ago my best friend put her car in the ditch I called onstar I talked with an adviser for maybe 3 minutes on the phone with no Wait time to speak to somebody and and They had a tow truck in route in a matter of minutes. I am a true loyal loyal customer of Onstar and will continue to be forever. They literally have never ever let me Down.They are truly amazing. I don't know what I would have done without them. Is this company as well worth the few bucks it costs a month. And the best part if you get a car whether it's used or new if it has onstar you'll get a free trial for 3-6 months just to try it out and yes the free trial does cover tows. They go above and beyond for their customers. I'm beyond grateful for them and thankful that they have never ever turned me away or charged me a dime extra!!!!!!! Thanks On star!

Awful customer service, harassing marketing calls, very rude obnoxious staff.

When I purchased my 23 Bolt EUV 3 months ago I pushed the ONSTAR button in the car for the additional 3 months service. The advisor told me that 2-4 weeks prior to termination I would get a breakdown of available plans for my review. However the only thing I got was a charge on my credit card for the most expensive plan. VERY DECEPTIVE! I called OnStar and the agent was very apologetic and promised to reverse the charge and told me where I could review the current plans. GM needs to revisit these outrages monthly fees, as some are duplications of apple or android phone services. Furthermore I wish SIRUS XM was optional and not integrated with new vehicles. I'm tired of being harassed by them every month with the "we want you back BS)! I use apple car play! enough said. My 2023 Hyundai Santa Cruz provides 3 years of service not 3 months GM.......

They will never leave you alone, even if you weren't interested in the first place. They will call you at least once every day forever.

I cancelled my OnStar internet service back in May 2022. I received an email saying it was cancelled, but just noticed they have still been charging me this whole time. It's March 2023 now! I wish I would have caught it sooner. What a waste of money. These people are either incompetent or intentionally committing fraud.

I called OnStar at 12:30 pm to report that my car would not start. They said that a tow truck would arrive between 2:43 and 2:53. They later changed it to 4:07 to 4:17. The on-line tracker told me they had arrived, but they had not. They finally arrived at about 5:30 with a truck that would not work for this problem. I called them and they scheduled me for 7:00 the next morning. I got a telephone call from them at 5:37 am telling me that they were trying to find a provider. Got more calls at 6:14 and 7:00. Got texts telling me that the truck was on it's way. Got another text telling me they had arrived; they had not. Called the local provider who said 9:00 at the earliest. Called then at 9:30 and they didn't answer. Called my local Cadillac dealer and they had a tow truck here within 30 minutes. On Star may be the worst organization I have ever worked with.

Absolutely Horrible experience! 3 OnStar reps and still could not get my chevy app linked. The first rep Chad was condescending and hung up on me because I asked him to slow down. The other 2 were incompetent. Not a clue! This company has become a joke and I would venture to say will be bankrupt in a few years if it continues down this path Terrible Customer Service

I called onstar from my 2023 Tahoe for streaming services so my child can watch YouTube. They gave me a 1 month trial so I can use youtube. It didn’t work so when I called back the lady said the trial service can’t be used for Video streaming services even though that was the main purpose of me calling them in the 1st place. I spoke to 4 different people and wasted 50 minutes of my life on nothing. ORDER NUMBER 35375197
