They failed to remind me about an appointment I had and when I called, they told me that I had missed it. I informed them that I was never contacted as a reminder and that I would find me another primary doctor. This is very unprofessional of a doctor office. When I contacted them to let them know my results from a specialist, their response was why tell us? As my primary, I felt that you needed to know what the results were since you advised me to see one. As a senior (70) we are serious about our health. If you don't have a need for constant care, please do not use them.

I go to the Puyallup clinic. They won't return calls or emails. I feel like the NP doesn't believe me, she just wants to lower my thyroid medication. I see another doctor for thyroid but she won't address any other problems

They charge a subscription for what...? Connecting you to a provider via Zoom...? There's no up front information on how much the doctor will actually charge. Provides no value -- providers will charge you the SAME as an in-person visit for a 3 minute zoom appointment. It doesn't provide the same value but they will charge you the same, plus this subscription which is way too high for them merely connecting you via Zoom. Healthcare is such a scam and "services" like this are why. Too much money for no actual benefit.

Charged $540 for a less than five-minute visit with a physician's assistant/nurse practitioner. They have sent the bill to collection, and are insisting on payment. I won't be going back.

I had a charge that was "insurance pending". After sometime they sent it to debt collection without telling me anything about this charge, and which I never had a chance to pay. It took me hours to get to the phone with their billing department. Absolutely horrible experience.

These people are a scam, buy their service and they'll tell you to go into their doctors which costs even more money!! This is supposed to supplement insurance at a flat fee. Not be more expensive every time you use it!!

When I first went to Iora Care I was a happy camper. My doctor was awesome. Within like a year and half, he'd left. I didn't click with his replacement and moved to another office per a recommendation from my insurance agent. I liked her well enough but, you guessed it, within like a year or 2, she was gone. I went thru a couple more like that. One I mentioned that she was like my 4th or 5th doctor. She said 'Well, I think we can do something about that. Don't worry!" She was gone in a month. The next doctor told me she was temporary and would only be there for a month. She changed some medication because she didn't like the one I was on. I had a bunch of side effects. I asked to be taken off it. They gave me another with pretty much the same or worse results. I asked to be taken off that. They gave me 2 choices for replacement. The first one I'd asked to be taken off. Or the one I had been on before they changed it. Holy cow! My current 'doctor' of record is a nurse practitioner whom I've never even seen or met with. Yet she sets up appointments for scans without even notifying me first. I'm sent emails with a note at the bottom to please reply so they know I got it. But I can send emails to them and not get a reply for weeks. I want to change to another location again but frankly, I'm afraid I'll get worse. And they don't seem any better since becoming One Medical.

I believed the same day or next appointment promise and subscribed for a year. After buying the membership, I tried to book appointment, all the doctor booked until 20 days after. I cancelled my membership and got no refund. I tried to call multiple times, never get through. The customer service does not exists.
