I was looking for a particular doctor's schedule on OneMedical but I couldn't find her availability. I CANNOT drive and can only travel up to a certain distance. OneMedical does have a lot of availability for doctors in a more convenient location for me and hence I need to ask for a refund. I have NO NEED for OneMedical and I don't think it is fair or transparent to charge a patient upfront in the name of "membership". All I got to do was to arrive at the conclusion that no one within a 5mile distance was available. There is noway this level of "service" should demand a fee of $200. I am not benefiting from it in anyway and there is no option for me to seek a refund. I will be reporting this everywhere until it gains traction.

You come nowhere close to my chart. Every time I try to login in it’s crap. Everytime I get a code sent to me it doesn’t work. You really should take some lessions from my chart. Also they give pictures of test results like x-ray etc..you have a very poor platform. I really think you should scrap what you think is good and start all over. My chart is so much more spot on with their infomation. Your site is not even close to user friendly

I used to love One Medical. I've been with them for more than 5 years. But now that I have a serious medical issue they are nothing but frustrating. My doctor is on PTO often, and there is NO WAY to directly contact her office other than leaving a message in the portal. The only number you can call is an 888 number, which always has a long hold time. And even then they will not transfer you to the office, they insist on being a go between. This is not good patient care. I have urgent forms that need to be filled out by my doctor, my doctor is on leave, and my insurance can't get ahold of my doctor easily either, even when she's in the office, because of that 888 number that no one has the patience for. I hate to change PCP in the middle of a cancer diagnosis, but I am giving up on One Medical.

The doctor I saw very briefly wrote down several medical billing codes for issues that were not discussed. This is completely unethical.

They almost don’t have real doctors, only PA and Nurses in San Francisco. No availability at all with MDs (medical doctors) for the flagship Annual Live Well Visit. Don’t recommend that to anyone, such a scam.

One Medical is a total scam. Went in for an appointment due to back pain. I needed Xrays and they were supposed to call to the lab with required diagnostics. They never did! I asked 4 times and finally gave up and had to go to another Dr office to get in for xray. They are the most incompetent people in the world. Avoid this company at all costs.
