OneAZ Credit UnionReviews of oneazcu.com

I worked with Charlene Jurado to purchase a car for my daughter. The entire experience was very white glove. Charlene made the experience very easy, efficient and I was able to do it all remotely! I look forward to doing business with her again. Thank you, Charlene.

Melanie was quite patient with me in my attempt to set up an external bank transfer account. It took quite some time for this procedure and Melanie helped to get the job done!

I recently applied for my first solo auto loan, and was very worried. Lindsay Herriott helped me through the entire process and made me feel far more comfortable and confident!

I’m extremely impressed with the customer service at this bank. The staff are friendly, especially Sherry Vanderbloemen. She is professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. She takes the time to listen, answer questions clearly, and make every interaction smooth and stress-free. Excellent service and a great customer service.

I recieved 4 zelle transactions in total over $1000.00. The payments failed due to bank outage. I lost all that money because, although they can see the transactions and the failure was because of them, they cannot do anything about it. This is the second time i have lost money. I will be closing my account today. Update: I called customer Service at the number they provided in the response. The second time by the way, to see if they had a different resolution. They told me to contact the people that sent the zelle transactions and have them resend it. The payments were for a service I provided and I do not have their zelle information to request payment. None of the people have responded to phone calls or text. I should not have to try to chase money that was already paid and look unprofessional or like a shady fly by night operation. Oneaz credit union should have to re-imburse me for the money lost because of their negligence. I may seeklegal advice today because this has put my rent and bills behind.

Michelle was excellent. She processed my request quickly and efficiently and went the extra step on advising me on unclaimed credit card rewards. her service is rated 5 stars. Overall, the 40 minute wait time is a poor service so the overall rating is 4 stars. Still a great Credit Union. Staff up.

I'd never had a problem with this bank until a few days ago. To cut a very long story short I opened up a bill pay for a new credit card to pay. This Bank decides to send two paper checks instead of doing an electronic payment. These two checks are still in limbo right now because the address that they went to does not exist. I just simply put in an address for Capital One not realizing they were going to send checks to it. Labor Day being a holiday I decided to call them today I was on hold for 17 minutes and I will not give my phone number to call back because this bank is known at least with me for the last four times of not calling back. As I leave this review I have left messages on five different bank manager voicemails and not one has ever called me back. I am not impressed in the slightest to be honest with you it's about time to try another bank or credit union. UPDATE: You expect me to call you on a number that hung up on me after 17 minutes.

Arnol took great care of me!
