Marcia Garcia was extremely helpful, I’m really glad I called OneAZ and Marcia was the one to pick up the phone call to help me out. I will for sure be recommending friends and family.

In my mission to switch from my bank to AzOne I was assigned a Personal Banker at the Gilbert Branch. Her name is worth mentioning "Madison Mayorga" as I have never had such a receptive and attentive banker in my long history of banking. She welcomed me in with open arms, introduced me to the products that would help me achieve my goals and worked with me non stop until my goals were reached and I was happy with the end result!!! I am so happy to be a member with AzOne and even more comfortable knowing Madison is there when I need anything related to my financial health and well being!! Thank You AzOne CU and Madison for making banking personal again! I am happy I switched!!

Kind employees eager to help. Marquelle Spellman made my day. A very helpful and polite person, who was there for me through the whole process. And Delaney Abajian from Prescott main office was very helpful as well. Felt like they went above and beyond for me. Thank you

Applied for an auto loan with OneAZ and got the best interest rate compared to other CU’s. Charlene was wonderful in communicating and explaining the process! She handled everything in a very timely manner and was just overall super great to work with!

I called for fraud on my account. Mikayla Meier helped me with my issues. She was very friendly, and helpful and didn't rush me or act like she was bored. If only everyone was as kind as she is the world would be a better place! Thank you,Mikayla Meier! I hope all good things for you!
