Worst customer service I have ever encountered. After contacting Google one service about an accidental purchase my whole subscription was terminated without informing me. I have paid for a year of Google ai plus which I now can't use and I did not get any refund nor any reply to my emails. Completely worthless.

Absolutely pathetic customer support. You pay for services that dont work, have no support and change every single month. Usage limits are uselss, for the AI Pro plan you spend $25 dollar , just to receive 4X more usage than a free plan. Absolutley uselss and a waste of money. You can get much better usage using openrouter directly. Also software i use like Antigravity has been compleltly killed and is now a uselss agent based platform. Where if the agent makes mistakes it still uses ur usage and u cant even montior and steer the agent correctly. Google you suck, im unhappy and i hope the company fails over time

The Gemini app is solid and work most of the time however, really unhappy regarding the subscription change limiting me in terms of usage. Quite honestly this change is underhand and may cause me to end my subscription. I have access to the aspple environment where I can use Gemini for free without restriction; go figure; way to go google. I use to buy Google phones now I dont; someone somewhere should consider customer satisfaction over profit; I suppose making billions each year is not sufficient.....

I am writing to express my absolute outrage regarding the Gemini subscription service. My trust in your platform is completely broken due to the following reasons: Hidden Service Degradation: You have imposed restrictive usage limits on my paid subscription without prior notice or consent. Charging for a service and then drastically limiting its functionality after the payment is a predatory practice and an unacceptable breach of trust. Unacceptable Quality Issues: The model has become increasingly unreliable, producing frequent hallucinations and false information. I am paying for a professional tool, and what I am receiving is a dysfunctional, broken product. Demands: Immediate full refund for the current billing period, as the service no longer meets the standards I paid for. Immediate cancellation of my subscription. I am terminating any and all professional relationship with your service due to this treatment of your paying customers. This is a failure of service and a complete disregard for user experience. I expect an immediate confirmation of my refund and account closure
