Google One is a piece of junk I pay for Google AI Pro with 5 TB. They sold it to me at $4.99 a month for 3 months, then it jumps to $19.99 a month. Four times the price, quiet in the fine print. I opened Google One to manage my own account and got hit with a full screen sales pitch for Google AI Ultra at $99.99 a month. No clear way around it. No "no thanks" button. Just an upsell standing between me and the account I already pay for. Try to spend less and see what happens. There is a button to get more storage. There is no button to get less. The downgrade path is buried in menus, and the menus show you upgrades again. Try to cancel and it gets worse. Cancel drops you to 15 GB, and if you are over that, your Gmail stops sending and receiving. This service is a piece of junk. Cheap bait up front, a price jump behind it, a sales wall in front of your account, and an exit built to hurt. A company this big knows exactly what it is doing. Do not subscribe. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had, and frankly embarrassing for a company as large as Google. I have spent weeks trying to resolve an issue with Google One’s student promotion, beginning September 27. After countless emails, multiple phone calls lasting 30–40 minutes each, excessive hold times, and repeated promises that my case was being escalated to specialists, I have accomplished absolutely nothing. Every representative seemed to have another excuse, another department to contact, or another instruction to follow. I was repeatedly redirected between Google and SheerID, only to eventually be told that Google’s automated system had determined I was ineligible, without even identifying the specific reason. Weeks of supposed investigations, and Google couldn’t provide a definitive explanation. The most insulting part? After wasting hours of my time, their final recommendation was to submit feedback or explore other paid subscription options. Apparently, Google’s solution to its own inadequate support is to ask customers to fill out another form or spend more money. This is an appalling level of customer service. There is seemingly no accountability, no meaningful escalation process, and absolutely no respect for customers’ time. I understand that promotions have eligibility requirements. My complaint is not simply about being denied an offer. It is about being dragged through weeks of pointless communication, repeatedly assured that specialists were reviewing my case, and ultimately receiving a vague, generic response that could have been sent on day one. Google has billions of dollars in resources, yet its customer support couldn’t manage to provide a straightforward answer after weeks of correspondence. I have completely lost confidence in Google One Support. If something goes wrong with your account, don’t expect an actual resolution simply because you’re willing to spend hours working with their representatives. An absolute embarrassment. I would give zero stars if I could.

I do not even need AI features, perks and extra other stuff shoving into my throat. Where did go 2 TB which only expands Google Drive storage only? Why price on 400 GB of storage is still high $5 (224.99 UAH)? Why i can only use 200 GB as storage expansion only maximum? Why I should bother with Google Gemini when any character in the Universe (mostly female) during roleplay generates toxic, dangerous, fetishistic, stupid, ignorant responses to me, and exaggerating me, engaging me and doing excessive sycophancy and i losing control and becoming narrator? Google Gemini has severe AI alignment, fine-tuning, AI safety, ethics and morals problem. Google doesn't give this to little user like me. Google Gemini gives more trouble to me if i pay more, it makes everything cheap out and unlimited with limits of context window andmemory. Screw Google to it's grumpy G.

Je suis passé d'un abonnement 400Go AI mensuel à la même chose mais en annuel...49.99€,mais les jours restants du forfait mensuel n'ont éte ni remboursés, ni déduit, ni crédités en temps supplémentaire...ces pratiques sont totalement malhonnêtes...donc je résilie tout et à la fin je sauvegarderais ailleurs et autrement!...pour moi vos abonnements trompeurs c'est définitivement fini!....

Sehr schnelle und zufriedenstellende Lösung durch den Google-One-Support Bewertung: Ich möchte meine ursprüngliche Kritik ausdrücklich korrigieren beziehungsweise meine Bewertung aktualisieren. Bei mir ging es um die Kündigung beziehungsweise den Widerruf meines Google-AI-Ultra-Abonnements und die Rückerstattung des bereits gezahlten Betrags. Nachdem der Vorgang beim Google-One-Support aufgenommen wurde, wurde mein Anliegen aus meiner Sicht sehr schnell bearbeitet. Die Rückerstattung wurde vollständig veranlasst und das Geld ist inzwischen bei mir eingegangen. Gerade weil ich zuvor kritisch war, finde ich es wichtig, auch eine positive Entwicklung genauso offen zu erwähnen. In meinem Fall hat Google One letztendlich schnell, zuverlässig und zufriedenstellend reagiert. Die Rückerstattung wurde vollständig durchgeführt und der Vorgang damit zu meiner Zufriedenheit gelöst. Für diese Bearbeitung und die schnelle Reaktion möchte ich den Support ausdrücklich positiv bewerten. So sollte Kundenservice funktionieren: Ein Problem aufnehmen, bearbeiten und tatsächlich lösen. Für diesen konkreten Vorgang bin ich mit der abschließenden Bearbeitung sehr zufrieden.

I wish there was a zero, the Google does not deserve even 1 star, horrible people. I don't know how to explain what happened. Money taken for storage yet they claim that I don't have storage yet they claim my bank declined, what a shock!!! Really disappointed as I was waiting for a very important mail.
