The Gemini app is solid and work most of the time however, really unhappy regarding the subscription change limiting me in terms of usage. Quite honestly this change is underhand and may cause me to end my subscription. I have access to the aspple environment where I can use Gemini for free without restriction; go figure; way to go google. I use to buy Google phones now I dont; someone somewhere should consider customer satisfaction over profit; I suppose making billions each year is not sufficient.....

I got Google one three months ago ! Google is better than iCloud and other apps to store pictures I had 15 gb of photos from 2008 on it ! Unfortunately you don’t have any control over what to upload from photo library ! And modern pics are much bigger in size consuming more space ! I had to limit the uploads giving limited control to Google over my cameras ! I think it should be me who should control what I want to store Google uploads everything and I waste days deleting those pictures I don’t need ! This app is out of control it needs correction and standard controls for clients

I'm happy with the great storage Google One gives me and the price is great, but, I am so UNHAPPY and UPSET with their customer service!!! They keep having me update my payment method every single month even though its the same. I have wasted so much time contacting them and speaking to them on the phone, which is a huge pain and rigamarole! The cutomer service agents are also extremely difficult to understand. They need to hire people who speak English clearly. They need to make HUGE improvements in customer service and PLEASE QUIT MAKING ME UPDATE MY PAYMENT METHOD!!

I’ve been a loyal Google One subscriber for over 5 years and have purchased all my devices directly from the Google Store. After signing up for the AI trial, my One membership was temporarily cancelled. This made me ineligible for the purchase credit I should’ve received when I bought a new Pixel 9 Pro and Pixel Buds 2. This felt incredibly unfair and poorly communicated. I wasn’t trying to take advantage. On the contrary, I bought more Google products while trying out the new features. I had planned to use the credit towards a Pixel Watch 3, but instead I’ve decided to keep my current Pixel Watch, and now thinking maybe it's time to try Apple's. It’s a bit sad. I liked Google and they used to value loyal customers. :(

Google One claims you can connect up to 5 family members but makes it EXCEEDINGLY hard to do so. I have spent hours with customer chat just to get one account connected and we are not there yet. No compensation for their service's problems. I regret purchasing and do not recommend.
