ELDER ABUSE - - I am a 72-year-old retiree. Google One allowed a scammer to hack into my Google One subscription. Then Google One allowed the scammers to upgrade my subscription from $2.99 per month, to $1,800 in Google Cloud services used by the hackers before I noticed the hack a few weeks later. Google Cloud services are used by organizations with large-scale data management challenges. Again, I'm retired. I have no background in IT. Google One and Google Cloud are both impossible to reach by phone or email. Bank of America reportedly contacted them each time B of A's fraud division denied my fraud claim. Yesterday, they denied the fraud claim a third time, inaccurately claiming that my prior Google One subscription counts as a prior Google Cloud subscription, which they claim invalidates the fraud claim. It is unchecked elder abuse by Bank of America and Google.

Contraté el plan de 100 GB de Google Drive para disponer de espacio suficiente y poder almacenar mis datos cuando se me estropeó el ordenador, con la intención de cancelarlo al mes. Me pareció razonable que por solo 1,99 € pudiera solucionar el problema temporalmente hasta volver a disponer de espacio físico para guardar mis archivos. Tras darme supuestamente de baja, mi sorpresa fue que siguieran cobrando 1,99 € cada mes. He intentado repetidas veces cancelar la suscripción, pero el botón que al principio aparecía —y que no servía para nada, pues te llevaba a una página donde solo te ofrecen otros planes de pago— ahora ni siquiera aparece. También les he escrito dos veces exponiéndoles mi problema, sin obtener ninguna respuesta. Finalmente he tenido que cancelar mi tarjeta de crédito, con lo que han suspendido el servicio y he vuelto a los 15 GB gratuitos. Sin embargo, siguen enviándome notificaciones para que active mi tarjeta de pago. Parece increíble que una empresa tan poderosa actúe como si fueran unos rateros cualquiera.

Absolutely awful! Avoid like the plaque! Didn't even know I had accidentally sign up until I noticed money gone from my account! No email about the apparent "subscription"! Legal fraud!

Just accept that you're paying for storage because their support sucks they have never resolved a single one of my issues they lie they don't listen it's absolutely horrible, in fact it's quite comparable to their AI except it shouldn't be that dumb because they are real people...

Felháborít ez az ügyfélszolgálat. Lehet, hogy valakinek a hasznára válik, de biztosan nem az ügyfélnek – azaz nekem. Úgy tűnik, bár reptéri Wi-Fi-re csatlakoztam, két óra alatt elhasználtam 6 GB adatot (ami a teljes havi keretem) a Facebookon – pedig azt meg sem nyitottam. Hogy lehetséges ez? 1 messenger telefonbeszélgetésem volt 30 perc. Most egyetlen megabájtnyi adat sem maradt a következő 22 napra. A német reptéri szolgáltatás csapnivaló(ebben az esetben), és a One szolgáltatása bosszantó, mivel biztos vagyok benne, hogy nem a Facebookon használtam el ezt az adatmennyiséget; nem is néztem semmilyen videót vagy filmet, ahogyan azt az ügyintéző telefonon állította. Ergo, nem használtam el a netet de mégis eltűnt. Ja és elnézést a kellemetlenségért 45perc beszélgetés, várakozás után. Kössz a semmit! I am outraged of this customer service. It might serve someone but it isn't the customer, me. Apparenty, I was on an Airport Wi-Fi but within 2 hours I have used 6Gb data (which is my whole months allowance) on the Facebook what I didn't even use. I had a single messenger 30 min phone conversation(not video).How is that possible? Now I have not got a single megabite to use in the next 22 days. German airport is rubish and one is bad too as I am sure I did not use up this data on facebook, and no, I didn't watch any video or movie the customer advisor mentioned to me over the phone. Oh, and after 45minutes waiting and talking -the representative said sorry for the inconvinience. Pfff!

Tenía una Suscripción a Google One por 1,99€, suficiente para mis necesidades. Y me cargaron 21,99 en el siguiente recibo por Google One IA, no contratado, autorizado ni usado. Reclamo la devolución del importe estafado y no hacen más que marearme. Y lo peor es que se ha cargado a una tarjeta de crédito de la que no se había confirmado el CSV, lo que es fraude. Impresentables. Buscar alternativas. Las hay. Su prepotencia es increíble. ACTUALIZACIÓN Son absolutamente indeseables. Han resuelto que no hay fraude y por lo tanto no hay devolucion de importe. Evidente, ya que por mi parte es imposible que lo haya, ya que no hice ninguna compra. Es GOOGLE QUIEN COMETE FRAUDE AL DARME DE ALTA UNA SUSCRIPCIÓN QUE NUNCA HICE. No les paguéis NI UN CÉNTIMO. En cuanto os descuidéis os van a PRESUNTAMENTE ESTAFAR. Y no os van a hacer ni caso ya que es la IA quien resuelve. No hay personas ya.

Can I help you with something else instead?" instead of video. Antigravity terrible limitation , stoped working after 2 hours of working on basic website. LOL
