I got their 100GB plan because I was running out of space with the 15GB free plan. Now I have 100GB total space, not 115GB like I logically expected based on what they were selling me. If they advertised 85GB plan then this would all make sense.

I had Google One for all of 24 hours then changed my mind. I did not want drive backed up, did not want gmail backed up. I could not turn off the backup on a particular device. All I wanted Google One for was the photos. Then I came across Google One saying that when the limit was reached I would not be able to back up photos - that's OK. Then I read that I would not be able to send or receive emails, "any mail received by Google for your account, when storage is full, will have bounced back to senders. This mail will need to be sent again. Google does not have a copy." Well that did it. I cancelled Google One and will not return.

Terrible. I paid for google one to get help from chat support with my blocked gmail and is not possible to connect with them. Every time I got answer on site that support can not help me.

I pay $99.99 per year for Google Drive. It works. But they never send me an invoice. Apparently they think that people don't need invoices for their taxes. If you go to their website, good luck finding an invoice. There's no option there. So I contacted them via the help page and now I'm waiting. Google Drive works fine, but, Google, stop annoying people by refraining from sending invoices per email. It should be standard practice. You sell something, you give them an invoice, whatever it is that you're selling.

Google One claims you can connect up to 5 family members but makes it EXCEEDINGLY hard to do so. I have spent hours with customer chat just to get one account connected and we are not there yet. No compensation for their service's problems. I regret purchasing and do not recommend.
