Friendly and efficient. Only wished his shoes would not have left tracks though house to garage. It was not a big problem and easily cleaned. I didn’t say anything because I knew he wasn’t aware he was leaving tracks.

I had a free gas pipe inspection and one of their contractors stopped by to check my gas pipe thoroughly. I believe the name of the contactor is: A 3 Aces Plumbing & Drain Cleaning, Inc. Oncourse Home Solutions helped me to set up the appointment. The whole process of setting up am appointment was very quick. I am extremely happy.

Please for your mental health stay far away from this company. I've paid premiums for over a decade through my gas utility in Michigan and finally had an issue with a washing machine and filed a claim. The initial technician that was sent out indicated that they would order a part and come back in a couple of days for a repair. Oncourse denied the claim indicating the unit was not repairable - after the technician THEY sent out said it could be repaired. They sent out a second tech and the then denied the claim. Their "solution" was upgrading me to a "better" plan for $69.99/mo. so they could send me a small check to assist with a replacement. Save your money - you are better off self-insuring because their premiums will result in far more expense than replacing yourself. I posted the same review on the BBB site and Oncourse offered an email to address my concerns. The response to my email was to call and discuss. I called and was told I'd receive a return call which I never did.
