Been a customer for over 10 years, had a few issues but were taken care of. I have maintenance for my furnace where once a year a technician would come to check it for issues, the last 2 years they could not find anyone in my area to do this, I was told to find someone myself. I have continued to pay the monthly payment on this even though no service for the 2 years were provided, I asked for a credit for these payments and all I am told are lies after lies and trying to sell me other protection plans.
