The repair person arrives as scheduled; however, she only uses one parts replacement vendor, and when they do not have the part, instead of researching the internet, she claims the appliance can not be repaired. I then have to purchase a new appliance to replace the one for which she could not find a part.

It would have been better if we wouldn’t have had to wait for over a week to get somebody out here. Then we did and he didn’t have the part. Then another week waiting. But the guy who installed it was fantastic
