Just left you a voicemail in hopes we could chat directly. We’re truly sorry for what you experienced—it’s understandably upsetting to come back from a trip and find your car damaged. To clarify, On Air Parking is a reservation platform only, so we don’t own or manage the facilities themselves, similar to how sites like Orbitz or Travelocity work with airlines. Parking is always at your own risk no matter where you park, but we work hard to partner with facilities that have good reputations, and if we ever see recurring issues, we stop offering them. We will be processing a full refund for your reservation as a token of goodwill, and we suggest filing a police report and working with your insurance company, as they are best equipped to advise you on next steps. Please know we take feedback like this very seriously and will also review this facility to determine if it should remain part of our network.
