On Air Parking (OnAirParking.com) helps travelers find, compare, and book off-airport parking near major U.S. airports — without the stress or the sticker shock of driving up and hoping for the best.Since 2016, we've worked with a nationwide network of vetted, shuttle-served parking partners. We vet every partner in our network and hold them to one standard: rates that stay well below what you'd pay driving up to the airport. No guessing, no gate-price surprises.Booking takes a couple of minutes: search your airport, compare real-time rates and lot details side by side, and reserve your spot in advance. Your rate is locked the moment you book, your space is held for your exact travel dates, and a free shuttle takes you to and from your terminal on the day you fly. No circling the garage, no surprises at the gate. Our support team is here if your plans change or something needs attention — real people, easy to reach, no runaround.Parking shouldn't be the part of your trip you dread. We built On Air Parking to make it the part you don't have to think about at all.

Everything seemed to be fine until I saw my car in sunlight. I have over $2,500 in damage to the side of my car. I should have been told my car had been damaged while parked in the lot

Glenda, thank you again for taking the time to speak with me today. I'm truly sorry about the damage to your car and can only imagine how upsetting it was to discover it after your trip, especially without anyone bringing it to your attention. As we discussed, On Air Parking is the reservation platform only, and while we don't own or manage the parking facilities, we certainly care about what happens to our customers while using them. Had we known about the damage, we absolutely would have reached out to help. I sincerely hope our conversation was helpful and that, despite your experience with the facility, the care and support you received from us might someday earn us a 5-star review from you. We'd love the opportunity to earn your trust again, and I'd be more than happy to personally help you find a different location for your next trip.

Long Beach Marriott Parking
I'm writing about the parking with OnAir for Long Beach Airport (California). I received a text day of, indicating my previously undisclosed parking location, Marriot Long Beach. When I arrived at the hotel, no signage was indicated for OnAir. I parked near the front lobby & checked in at the front desk. Please anticipate a wait for check-in at the front desk. When I provided my information to the front desk, I was told that I would need to move my car. A map (which was dark & unclear) was given to me, along with terrible driving instructions. When I asked the woman at the front desk if there was signage for OnAir, I was told, "yes" there was. But there wasnt, & 2 other employees verified that lack of signage. I drove all around multiple lots for 25 minutes, looking for a non-existent sign for OnAir parking. I finally returned to the front desk, & waited once again to talk to someone. The woman at the front desk was once again unhelpful. Thank you to Gilbert & Jessy at the Long Beach Marriott who stepped in to help me. Jessy gave specific instructions on where to go. Gilbert was kind enough to tell me that he would meet me in the back of the hotel, which is where the parking lot was. No signs indicated OnAir parking. The last 3 rows at the end of the parking lot, adjacent to the wall & pool(gate), AND BEHIND THE HOTEL is where the parking is. Had the front desk told me that, instead of telling me to make multiple turns, I would've found the correct parking a lot sooner and with ease. Thanks to the run around & going back & forth, I was now frazzled & running late for my flight. I had allowed 1.5 hrs to get to the airport after parking, which turned out not to be enough time with all this confusion. I nearly missed my flight by 2 minutes! Thank God for Gilbert & Jessy stepping in. Had there been ANY signage for OnAir, this would have prevented & spared me tremendous stress. According to one employee, this confusion happens a lot. I will be reporting this to the hotel manager upon return. Marriott & OnAir parking need to improve their instructions & add signage to provide better service for their customers. This is unacceptable & ridiculous. Its not very hard to put up a few signs.
If you ever have to park at Long Beach Marriott, make 2 rights out of the main parking lot, & GO BEHIND THE HOTEL to the end of the parking lot by the pool fence, & note that the only parking for OnAir is in the last 3 rows of the lot (also undisclosed to me by the front desk). Your paper (from the front desk) needs to be displayed on the dashboard. Do better, OnAir & Marriott!!

Alexandra, thank you so much for taking the time to speak with me on the phone, especially when you weren't feeling well. I truly appreciated our conversation and the additional details you shared. I'm so sorry that what should have been a simple parking experience turned into such a stressful start to your trip, especially with your flight so close to departing. While On Air Parking doesn't own or manage the facilities, we take great care in choosing partners who share our commitment to treating customers well. You deserved clear, helpful directions from the beginning, and I'm glad Gilbert and Jessy were there to help when you needed it. I'll be reaching out to the hotel manager to address the incorrect information about signage, improve the directions provided by staff, and review the parking map to see what needs to be updated. Please know that we personally read and respond to our reviews, and your feedback gives us the opportunity to make changes that can help other travelers avoid the same frustration. Thank you again for speaking with me and giving us the chance to address your concerns. I hope you're feeling better soon, Alexandra!

I trusted the promise of convenienceI trusted the promise of convenience and savings—my experience was the opposite…
Parking without airport transportation increased my total cost and created more hassle than convenience. As a first-time customer, I trusted On Air Parking’s advertising about convenient, cost-effective airport parking, which led me to overlook the “no shuttle” notice in the booking details. I accept responsibility for that mistake, but I did not expect that paying for parking would require additional round-trip Uber expenses and make the process more expensive and time-consuming. Taking an Uber directly from home would have been cheaper and easier.
My Uber driver also suggested that some large hotels on the Las Vegas Strip allow free long-term parking, with travelers arranging their own transportation to the airport. I have not verified that claim or those hotels’ policies, but the suggestion made me question even more what value I received by paying for parking without airport transportation.
If On Air Parking values convenience and affordability, I encourage the company to reconsider partnering with hotels that do not offer complimentary airport shuttles. For customers in my situation, paying separately for parking and round-trip rides defeats the purpose. At a minimum, the advertising should make that distinction much more prominent instead of leaving customers to assume the advertised benefits apply to every location.
Customer service added to my disappointment. Their replies focused on pointing out the notice I missed. I felt corrected rather than heard, with little acknowledgment of my frustration or additional expense.
My advice to other customers: don’t rely on the advertising alone, as I did. Read every detail, confirm whether transportation is included, and calculate the full cost before booking. In my case, trusting the promise of convenience and savings was a costly mistake.

Thank you for taking the time to share all of this, Mark. I’m sorry your first experience with us was disappointing, and I can understand why adding the cost of Uber to your parking made you question whether it was worth it.
You also asked a really fair question about why we offer parking at facilities that don’t have airport shuttles. What works best can be different for every traveler. Some customers live quite a distance from the airport, making an Uber from home much more expensive, and airport parking itself can add up quickly. In this case, your parking was $24 for three days, while parking at the airport can be around $16–$20 per day. For someone traveling longer or coming from farther away, a lower-cost parking option without a shuttle can still make a lot of sense. I completely understand that for your particular trip, it didn’t work out that way.
Since shuttle service and hours vary by facility, we include those details on each listing. For all locations without shuttle service, there is also a red notice before purchase confirming that a shuttle is not available. I appreciate you recognizing that the information was provided, while also sharing how the overall experience felt from a first-time customer’s perspective.
I’m especially sorry to hear that you didn't feel heard when reaching out to us. I'll be reviewing your interactions with my agents and reinforcing with them just how important it is to genuinely take the time to listen and understand customer questions and concerns. That is a core part of the service we want to provide and I'm sorry we left you feeling otherwise.
I saw that you spoke with one of our agents this morning, and I tried calling you afterward and left a message. I hope we still get a chance to connect. We personally read and respond to our reviews, and your feedback truly does matter to us.
I hope to talk with you soon!

This company seems very sketchy
This company seems very sketchy. The customer service of this company is so terrible. No one answers my questions honestly!
The rep, named Jo, told me that the coupon I had received (SAFEOPT4) in my email box was not valid. I asked her to let me speak to a supervisor, which she refused.
Ironically, I just got another coupon (SAFEOPT4) in my email today. This is how I know it's valid!
Just spoke to a very nice lady, who is the director of customer relations. It seems she and I agree on many points.
And, at this point, I felt a little more confident about making a reservation. I hope it works out!

We're really sorry to hear this - customer care is incredibly important to us, and we'd genuinely like to understand what happened. We aren't able to locate your reservation with the information included in this review so could you please add your reservation code, or send it to us at [email protected] along with a little more detail of your experience. I'd love the opportunity to speak with you directly, look into what happened, and make things right. Thanks Tony, and talk soon.
Thanks for the additional information, Tony. I’m going to review your call with Jo, as you absolutely should be able to speak with a supervisor when requested, and I’ll reach out to you personally to follow up. The SAFEOPT4 offer appears to come through one of our affiliate marketing partners and includes $4 off an On Air Parking reservation when booking through their program, which may explain the confusion—but we should have communicated that much more clearly. We take your concerns about transparency seriously and want you to feel confident that the information and promotions coming from On Air Parking are clear and straightforward. We value your trust and appreciate the opportunity to clear this up and make sure you feel confident booking with us. Talk soon...
Note: Tony, I'm glad we were able to connect and talk today. I hope our conversation helped address your concerns, make things right, and give you confidence in both On Air Parking and how important great customer service is to us. Thanks again for taking the time to chat with me, and hopefully turn this experience around!

I have used this parking in California…
I have used this parking in California location a few times. The last time was a dreadful encounter and it was very disappointing. I pull up to the location to park, which is at a hotel, I am attempting to request a shuttle and I continuously receive a message that shuttle service is very busy and unavailable. I received this for about 45 minutes. I started looking prior to pulling up to the location so that I could meet the shuttle there as I was headed to work. I arrived at the location and checked in with the hotel desk and ask them about the shadow, they stated that it was the third-party and they did not have anything to do with the shuttle. At that time I called into on air Customer Service to find out what could be done. I explained to them that it was pointless for me to pay for parking at an offsite location to then have to pay for an Uber to get to the airport. At that point, I may have well just parked at the airport and paid the price there. I wish I had gotten her name. But she was a representative, Hispanic I believe, on June 10 around 1:00 PM. She was very un empathetic to my situation. I explained to her I needed to get to work and catch a flight and I did not have time for a lot of banter back-and-forth. I asked if they could just refund a portion of my fee based on my cost of Uber. She said the only thing that they could do is refund the entire amount minus the booking fee and tax which came to $7.30. Out of frustration I say OK do that and I hang up the phone so that I can call my Uber so I can get to the airport on time. This stupid lady calls me back. I answer the phone just so she can hang up on me. Very unprofessional. so I would use the service with caution, understanding that it is mediocre at best, with poor Customer Service.

We’re very sorry to hear about your experience Shay, and appreciate you taking the time to share these concerns. We would truly like the opportunity to look into this further, but unfortunately we were unable to locate your reservation with the name provided alone. Please email us at [email protected] with your reservation code so we can review the details and speak with you further about what happened.
Please also know that On Air Parking is a reservation platform only — we do not own or operate the parking facilities directly. That said, we take customer feedback very seriously and only want to partner with trustworthy and reliable parking operators. Once we know which facility you parked with, we are happy to review the location’s shuttle offering and policies. We would appreciate the chance to learn more about your experience and see how we can help make things right.

The On Air Parking associated with the St. Louis Hampton/Hilton Inn
The On Air Parking associated with the Hilton at St. Louis Airport has the worst operator. You will receive a message from On Air Parking giving you a phone number to call to request the shuttle when you land, I had to call this number more than 50 times and never got someone on the phone. Finally I called the actual Hilton hotel and finally got someone on the line and they could not have been more demeaning and disrespectful. I highly suggest spending your hard earned money at a different establishment.
Response from On Air ParkingMar 23, 2026
Luke, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience—that does sound incredibly frustrating, especially after a long trip. Shuttle pickup is typically within about 5–10 minutes once requested, so the difficulty reaching someone is not something we commonly hear and we’ll look into whether there may have been phone issues at the facility.
We just tried calling and left a message, as we’d really like to learn more about what happened. We see this was your second reservation (with a different facility previously), and we hope that experience was a better one—happy to help you find a smoother option for your next trip.

It’s not worth it use the spot across the street
This would not be something I ever try again not only was it difficult to find because there’s absolutely zero lights turned on even though the parking lot is full of light poles with lights on them, but there was nobody there and no way to figure out where you’re supposed to park or anything in the dark then I learned that the shuttle doesn’t start until after I needed to be at the airport so I had to get a Lyft to come get me but in that dark parking lot, I didn’t want to sit and wait very long so I paid extra for one. It cost me $20. There was no way for me to check in and make sure I was at the right parking lot. I just had to hope my car would be there when I got back. I will not be using this and I will not recommend it to anyone.

We’re really sorry to hear this was your experience—that sounds incredibly frustrating and stressful, especially in the dark and when you were on a timeline. We’d truly appreciate a bit more information, including your reservation number, so we can look into what happened and respond to you directly. If you had to take a Lyft, please email a copy of your receipt along with your reservation details to [email protected]—we’d love the opportunity to review this and see if we can make it right Laura.

Returning shuttle disaster!
Parking and getting to the airport was fine, however returning was unnecessarily difficult. We called for a shuttle twice, once when we got our bags and once after 20 minutes of waiting. Was told the 2nd phone call that they will contact the driver then hung up. Ended up calling an uber after 30 minutes of waiting outside in the 40°F weather!
Response from On Air ParkingFeb 7, 2026
Julia, we’re really sorry to hear about the trouble you experienced on your return—waiting that long in cold weather is understandably frustrating. While On Air Parking does not own or manage the facility or shuttle operations, we truly value this feedback and want to help ensure your trips are as smooth as possible. If you’re able, please email a copy of your Uber receipt to [email protected], and we’d be happy to get that added cost refunded; we sincerely hope your next trip is much smoother.
