CORRECTION to my review on November 15 (re: Q&S Renaissance). Following my review, I received a personal, and very sincere call from OnAirParking. I greatly appreciated the kind and personal attention from OnAir. It should be noted that OnAirParking is a scheduling service provider for hundreds of local parking agents. As such, I will gladly use OnAir again. However, I will be sure to avoid Q&S. OnAir indicated that they will address my concerns with Q&S to ensure no others have the same difficulty in the future. Given the personal attention they gave to me, I expect this company will follow through. They apparently take a genuine interest in the company's reputation. A big thank you to OnAirParking.com.

I EXPERIENCED THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH THIS COMPANY. WE WAITED OVER AN HOUR AT THE CRUISE PORT FOR PICK UP. EVERY TIME WE CALLED A VERY UNPROFESSIONAL PERSON WOULD YELL UNITELLIGBLE WORDS IN THE PHONE AND HANG UP. HE HUNG UP ON US NUMEROUS TIMES AND NEVER DISPATCHED A SHUTTLE. WE HAD TO TAKE A TAXI. I WILL DISPUTE THIS COST WITH MY BANK. I DO NOT I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE USE THEM OUT OF FT LAUDERDALE! AS A TRAVEL ADVISOR, I WILL MAKE SURE NONE OF MY CUSTOMERS USE THIS COMPANY!!

We booked parking for our cruise out of Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale, FL through On Air Parking. We got confirmation for parking with Q & S Parking at the Renaissance Hotel. Not a good experience. Everything went fine, initially. We parked with no problem. We carefully followed the directions that had been emailed to us in advance and checked in at the Renaissance front desk and got a parking pass with bar code when we arrived. We put the ticket on our dashboard as directed. The shuttle driver was timely, both ways. He was polite and helped with our bags. We tipped him well. But when we attempted to leave the parking garage, the gate would not operate with the bar code. It displayed a charge for nearly $100 and wanted me to insert my credit card. I called the On Air Parking phone number given to us. I explained our problem to the man answering. He said that our reservation was not for the Renaissance, but for Embassy Suites. Not so. Everything we received, including driving directions, stated very clearly it was for Renaissance, where we had just parked. I tried to explain that to him (while sitting at the closed gate). He hung up on me. I called back and he argued with me about the correct hotel and said he was too busy to handle this for us. At that time, another driver pulled up to the gate next to us. He had the same problem. Since we were getting nowhere with this company, we fortunately found a garage worker passing by. He let us both out. Will never again use this service. Rude and unhelpful. I will also be sharing this information with other review sites to ensure no one else encounters the same problem.

They changed extra(almost double of paid online). The price they listed online is fake, they will charge extra when you go to park and you have to pay because it’s last minute! You can do nothing at that time. And the van transport from the parking to airport is very dirty and smelly bad. I don’t recommend clients to use this parking lot. Let me know how to send you the receipts for the extra payment at the site 7056 Aviation blvd, Glen Burnie, MD. The original total payment online was 31.06$ and the additional on site fee is 23.00$

The rate was great and our vehicle was safe in the provided parking lot at Sonesta Hotel. The problem arose while we were returning home. Between connecting flights, we received a message that there would be no shuttle available and we would need to arrange for our own transportation from BNA to the hotel. Our flight wasn't due in until 9pm and we had been up since 5:30 AM. This was not something I needed to deal with last minute. Besides our payment to OnAir Parking was to include shuttle service do why should we now have to pay for an Uber or a Lyft? Oh and FYI, while it saves 24/7 service, the very kind front desk agent at the hotel had to arrange for an Uber on the front end as we were to be at BNA at 3:30 am and the hotel's shuttle service wasn't available. But again it should have been OnAir Parking's responsibility to get us there.

Safe area and clean.

Places to park are convenient and affordable. Then there is the shuttle service.
