I have prepaid for parking spot in this garage. I showed up right on time, only to have the attendant come out and tell me they’re full. I told him I had a Prepaid pass, and he condescendingly told me he didn’t care. Told me to take off the property. I asked if he knew of another parking location. He told me he wasn’t going to tell me, and to maybe come back in an hour and try again. I will never use them again. I want my money back!

The parking lot is great ,clean, safe and fast to get you to the cruise ship. The problem lies trying to get back to the lot after debarking the ship. The lines were so long . We got in line at 930 am approx 200 people ahead of us.they were running one bus and 3 cans. The estimated wait time was 2 hours in the direct sun for most of that . No seating just standing and waiting with luggage for hours . We waited 30 mins and booked Uber. I won't do this again I ll do city lot next time they have more larger buses and more running at a time . .

As a consumer, you pay for a service. When you contact a company about an issue, and they find it valid, the proper response is to PAY the customer back or offer a discount. Emotional reply and/or responses do not equate compensation. If you have a problem, this company will NOT compensate you even when they AGREE the issue is their fault. Do NOT use this service. This company does not stand behind its product. They are a 3rd-party company that will not be able to handle parking concerns as they arise. We were stuck at an airport for over 3 hours, and there was no way to get help. DO NOT book this service.

Called @ 9:58pm to be picked up and was told 15 to 20 minutes, 43 minutes later the shuttle arrived full and unable to pick our party of 5. As a result, the driver left and advised; he would return in 15 to 20 minutes. In the meantime the dispatcher/office stoped answering the phone. The driver was not rude and return within the given time. Cheap and unrelliable!

If I could write a review with 0 stars I would !!! These guys, this parking operation shouldn't be in business. You should do yourself a favor and DO NOT ... I repeat, DO NOT park your vehicle there. Someone there, maybe all of them, is a thief. I used to valet service to park my car there last week from May 7 - 9th. When I left there everything seemed normal. But it wasn't until the following day that I went in to my middle seat console to retrieve my cologne that I realized that it was gone. It was a well known expensive ($150) brand of cologne. Who does this kinda thing, And how could anyone else had gotten into my car if it was locked in Valet parking. I tried calling to speak to a Manager and all the guy who answered would say is what is this about and even hesitated to tell me the name of a manager. He ultimately told me I had to send an email and they'd get back to me ...... RED FLAG !!!! Are you kidding me this is a retail operation so your Managers hide from customers. And yes I NEVER got a call or email from "the Manager". Had I done a deeper review search I would've discovered that this place has a history of poor service and stolen property claims by many former customers. There was even a local News 6 report done on them that showed these issues. So DO NOT trust these guys with your car because they are the worst by far. I will tell as many people as I can to NEVER use this place.

I will never use this company again. They advertised that a shuttle service was available only for us to find out that it was not. We nearly missed our flights. They are not offering a refund for the additional expenses incurred let alone the stress we encountered. Customer service is not helpful.

I wish I could leave negative stars. My experience with OnAir is the single worst parking experience I've ever had. On February 18th I made a reservation to park at Channelside garage (near the port of Tampa) from March 16 through March 26. I paid the $151.65 cost in full at that time and received a confirmation email with parking instructions. On March 16th I received a text message with a reminder about parking and the instructions to follow. When we arrived at the garage we were initially denied entry, but when I showed the email confirmation the employee let us through. We spent more than 30 minutes circling the levels of the garage we were told could park on, but there was not a single space available. In fact, dozens of cars were illegally parked in whatever place they could fit, including at the end of aisles and in marked off areas. We called OnAir only to be told that we had to follow the instructions and only park on certain levels, when we had literally JUST told the rep we had done. She said they had no control over the garage and couldn't offer parking. The only positive to come out of this is that she refunded the $151.65. At this point we were in shock and had no idea what to do. We were due to board our cruise within the next few hours and had no place to park. We don't live in the area and had no idea where to go. The entire point of making a reservation with OnAir was so that we had a guaranteed spot! We were about to drive to the airport to park there and take a shuttle back to the port, but as we were exiting the garage we asked one of the employees if they had any suggestions. They directed us to a garage a couple of blocks away. Thankfully that garage (Cumberland garage) had availability and we were able to find a space to park. However, it cost us $275.00, nearly double what I had paid to OnAir. I have asked OnAir twice now to reimburse us for the additional cost we incurred when they broke their contract with us for a reserved, guaranteed spot. Not surprisingly they are not responding. I hope our story lets other travelers know to never trust OnAir nor to give them any money, as it's very likely they won't have the promised and guaranteed space to park.

I have been waiting over 45 minutes for a shuttle. Do not and I repeat do NOT park here. Worst experience ever.
